It’s a McDonald’s so the bar is set about as low as you can go, but this particular location always seems to disappoint. I’m amazed at the owners or managers incompetence.

Since when has “fast” food only applied to those in the drive-through? I’ve been sitting in the store for 10 minutes waiting on 2 McGriddles and 8 cars have come and gone.

Ordered an egg BLT with extra lettuce and tomato and it was stone cold and no extra vegetables. Looks like they just gave me an old one. The lady at the window didn’t even say a word while handing me my food. Which isn’t a huge deal but like your working customer service. A smile and hello makes a huge difference.
They clear orders on the screen so they don't get in trouble by corporate. Then they forget about the orders. Then everyone that comes in after gets their food before the orders that have been cleared. This is happening a lot at McDonald's.

It’s was very nice. I used the McDonald’s app and it went very smoothly no prom lens with it at all. The line was very long during dinner time so that was annoying but otherwise it was good
