Just paid $70 after tipping the driver for 2 large pizzas. One was a Hawaiian, the other was a meat lovers with extra cheese. There was no extra cheese on the meat lovers at all, and the Hawaiian had a laughable amount of toppings. Arrived cold too. I used to enjoy your pizza and ordered it often, but the last handful of times have left something to be desired. I hope you sort it out.

Gave my pizza to another customer after he thoroughly inspected it determining it wasn't t his.They took it back lid open gave him his correct pizza and tried to pawn the open one on me then were unable to refund my bank card and had to give me cash. I had been a customer there for over a decade not any more .

Let me start this with a positive note in that I received a phone call from the mill bay Panago owner and was impressed with how he went out of his way to help me with the problem, and I’m satisfied with the resolution. …This is was happened; I ordered gluten friendly pizza thru the call centre to be delivered from the mill bay location..but was not happy as my husband and I both have celiac disease and we both had a bad reaction to the pizza this time. So I called the call centre again, was given to a manager, and was given no empathy and no apology and was told gluten friendly is not gluten free and to order elsewhere next time! :-( Wow! Thanks!…BUT then I received a call from "Meet" the Owner at the actual Mill Bay Panago and I received the total opposite response. He spoke to me for almost an hr and he explained what their protocols are, and how concerned he was that this happened, and we brainstormed as to what /how this order could have gone wrong. He was very apologetic and not at all dismissive and genuinely seemed to be wanting to get to the bottom of how it happened, and then offered me a credit. ( I did not ask for that) it was my intent to try and keep it from repeating and I had been disappointed when the call centre manager had said to order elsewhere next time! So Meet’s attitude and sincere concern and need to make it right was refreshing. I have now decided to order again from the Mill Bay location again. I had ordered previously and it was great, so after much discussion with Meet I feel confident we will once again enjoy our meal. I’m happy to say that a bad experience was definitely turned around and restored my faith in our local businesses caring about their customers. Karen Mowat

This is hands down the best pizza store, not just because their pizza is fantastic, but because the staff are exceptional. They are truly salt of the earth people who genuinely care about you and your kids. They always go the extra mile to make our kids feel special whenever we pick up our pizza. Thank you! Have ordered the steak mushroom melt tonite as we had loved it the past two times. So NOT up to standard …so little fillings, very little sauce and seemed like a lot more crust. Sorry will not order that again…Hope this is not a reflection of the way other selections are being made.

They used to deliver to my house so I called and made my order and was told everything was good. I got a call 25 minutes later to tell me that they no longer deliver to my area! THANKS FOR TELLING ME WHEN I CALLED! You can't just deliver it one last time since you already told me everything is good then at least I know for next time?

I order from these guys all the time. I got the keep it simple combo and I didn’t get my chicken. I tipped their driver at least 10 dollars. Don’t order from here. They try cheap you out.

I've ordered mediocre at best pizzas from here for the last three years cause they were the only ones that delivered yo our neighborhood, and tonight, I found out we're no longer in delivery range... well thank you for doing us a service for not allowing you're pics pour pizza in our area never

We are all very hungry. We Got the deal with the cheesy bread and the dip they forgot the Avocado Cilantro Dip . I have 2 very disappointed kids.
