We pulled off the highway to get coffee and fell in love with this little coffee shop, great coffee, baked goods, and lunch items. All delicious!! The rustic atmosphere, grass courtyard, and fun & friendly service all made it a perfect stop. Highly recommend visiting Rusticana Coffee :)

I have nothing to complain about the products (tea latte for me) but I felt like the people working there were very rude. I always pay by credit card. It's the 21st century and I rarely carry cash. The cashier pointed to a small sign on the counter asking to pay using cash. I acknowledged it and said that I don't use cash.The cashier and who I believe is the owner started harping on the banking costs to small business and how big companies can absorb it but small ones can't... How she spends $400 (or something) on bank fees each month, how it's bad to use credit cards, etc. I felt like I was getting scolded for shopping there and being lectured for supporting them.The good news is that I will certainly help her reduce her bank fees by not using my credit card any longer. Since that's my form of payment, I will simply not shop there again. The even better news is that there's a great coffee store just a few hundred meters away that treats their customers with respect.

Unfortunately my latest visit was full of inpatient, bad customer service.The entire place was tense because they do not support the staff properly and the stress of running the place is obviously getting to both the women running the counter. The communication between them was short, passive, unpleasant and unprofessional.It was a really unpleasant experience and was not the stop I needed on a Saturday morning. Would not recommend from this experience alone sadly until they deal with these said problems.
