New owner Jay is a fine match for her predeseccor. She is keeping up the welcome atmosphere and serving all of us coffee starved motorcyclists when we congregate. See you there most any day around 11-2pm, LIRC and Cowichan Valley Riders and anyone else wanting to talk bikes.

Food was great, service was better. The products are a little overpriced, but the drinks and snacks were tasty. The shop is looking a little dated and needs a bit of an esthetic update.

I asked what coffee was on brew and was told that there was a dark and a medium roast....I asked what kind, I would hope you have a medium and a dark on brew period.
Personally I was expecting to find a real coffee Roasters shop seeing as how it says they're Serious.
Tasted like coffee acquired at a gas station but at a premium price.🫣

By far, the best and hottest coffee on the island. I stop in every time on my way to Canadian Blood Services. Wish the other Serious Coffee locations had the same quality coffee. Love you guys!!

I imagine the flat white/latte with velvety smooth crema that I know this location is capable of pulling off, it’s just that they only do it great every 3rd or 4th visit and the other times I’ll end up with an okay tasting drink.
This small coffee joint is a hidden gem! It’s rarely busy, so the line is never long. The service is always friendly, and the beverages are well-made. It has a great vibe if you want to relax and enjoy your brew.
