Absolutely the worst chicken strips I have ever had. Just terrible taste and consistency. And so expensive! I ordered them because the quality of the mozza burger has gone down so much, i thought i would give them one last chance with a different menu item. I will not order from a&w again.

customer service has a lot to be desired for!! they give you one or two napkins and when you ask if they put the amount of napkins you asked for in your bag, they say yes, and slam shut the drive threw window in your face and rudly walk away, after LYING to your face!! then when they get your order wrong, they start to argue, and then when they give you a dollar back, they thow it at you, and don't redue the reciept and give you the proper change back.

It depends on who's working, I think, because one day your food arrives fast and it's hot and delicious and the next time it takes forever and the fries and burger are cold and disgusting.

Got the free fries with purchase on the app and was the worst fries I've ever tasted. I ran back inside, they took my fries out the bag and started talking to the cooks through the little fries window that's belly hieght . I asked them if they were going to recook my old fries or give me fresh ones , I was assured they would be fresh . Female co worker took my fries through the side door to the kitchen. I then recieved a second batch of the worst fries I've ever tasted . They 100% took my old fries and reheated them after I had my gross pooey hands in the bag . I came back inside and asked the manager directly and he assured me they were fresh but holy cow THE WORST IN NY LIFE.

The last three time I was there I got cold onion rings and they refused to make me a rootbeer float. And told me to go somewhere else when I asked for them to give me new onion rings and they never even left the counter. Such a down hill spiral from what they used to be.

I typically do not frequent fast food restaurants but due to circumstances; I decided to take my granddaughter for late lunch/early supper. The restaurant was exceptionally clean ( even the washroom) staff was friendly, efficient and answered all my various questions. Thank you for the tasty hamburger combo and having clean, pleasant environment to enjoy our food. I will be back. Thank you!!!

I was just there and I an native Canadian and the Manager said they don't give us glass cups and not to ask us if we want a regular cup and told their worker to give us a to go cup even tho we were eating in and told them that felt very disrespected never going back there awful place

Ordered the Uncle burger, no special sauce, extra pickles. The burger tasted Ok. Would have been better with the extra pickles. Staff was friendly. Had to wipe down a table before eating.

Been coming to this A/W for a time and for most part the staff are pleasant APART from this particular one, named BECKY , swoops in to grab your trays when eating !!! , loud when she works about your table and I believe she is not completely with it. How she remains is beyond me ???? . The so called HEAD, have yet to see him or her, the staff run this A/W....SHE SHOULD BE TAKEN ASIDE AND FIRMLY** SPOKEN TO....Again, she is LOUD AND OFFENSIVE and goes out of her way to SWOON THE MALE CUSTOMERS....This establishment is an eatery and NOT for picking up men......HOW AND WHY THIS IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE ??? NOT GOOD PERIOD !!!

It was as delicious as (better than?) most Korean handmade burger restaurants.
The patty tastes good.
Why were the onion rings not just those thick onion rings? They were delicious onion rings.
As I ate it, I found the fries boring and the sweet potato fries tasted better haha.
Onion Rings >>>> Sweet Potato Fries >>>> Fries
To me, the root beer tasted like dried cutlet Whalmyeongsu minus the dried cutlass, but the person I went with said he really missed this taste.
