very disappointed with the services … I ordered the masala veggie burger but they had given me the beef one … when i called them to change it, they didn’t

Not sure what happened but the service has deteriorated as well as the food quality.
Food is barely warm, these rings are not crunchy. I guess I should it in my air fryer right ? A&W mission just doesn't care. Please tell me I am wrong.
Am I go to back and complain? . No they will spit in my food. Who knows. I don't. Not impressed. Will not be returning to this location anymore nor bringing anyone nor recommending.

Today service was horrible. My order taken too long preparing also received my breakfast broken egg with hasbrown on it the was accepted by staff serving to me . The manager Mary didn't even care about it. Customer ordered after me got there breakfast faster and also there plates where perfect. However when I asked she told me sunny eggs take longer to make that's not acceptable by me.I saw canadian breakfast with perfect sunny side eggs service perfect to Customer. This place cared about Customer service. I believe the district manager needs to come and trian the staff because no smiles and no sorry for there mistakes. Completely horrible if I can give negative star I would .get this place running better. Get a better manager in the morning Mary doesn't know what she doing there maybe being long time
The place needs new employees that care about service and quality of preparation of food properly and manager Mary need morning training if she represents A @ W franchise in mission Completely horrible!!!!!!

It would have been nice to get what I ordered and paid for. I ordered three teen burgers. I got three burgers similar to a Mama burger with nothing in the burgers other than a meat patty and ketchup. I didn't notice this until I got home. Very disappointed with this location. Won't be returning.

Stopped there today. A customer ordered in front of me. After they ordered I stood at the till for 10-15 mins waiting to get my order taken. Before rudely being told that till was closed now. So I had to go and wait at the end of the other line up . The till was then reopened for the customer behind me ! While waiting for my order ,noticed none of the foreign workers in the back were wearing any gloves or hairnets Whilest preparing the food which should be a health violation. The foreign workers at the till could hardly speak/understand English. The burger tasted freezer burnt the bacon was gross and undercooked, The onion rings were all stuck together cold and soggy ! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING !

Went in store. Ordered teen burger combo. Bacon was served RAW. Had to send it back to be cooked. Asked for food to be freshly cooked. It wasn't.

Tried the cod burger not like before. The cod is processed doesn't taste like fish.Not worth a dime.
