Anytime I’ve been here, the service has been less than ideal. Multiple times we’ve had to order twice, once at the speaker/menu and then again at the window where we are supposed to receive our food. It takes over ten minutes to receive any order the numerous times I’ve been. The one time I’ve gone inside, my friend and I ordered one item each and it took, once again, over ten minutes to get our food.

I am giving a 5 star review based on multiple visits to this location after moving to mission a few years ago , due to one employee in pericular , Jashan is always very nice , takes his time with our families large complex orders , everything is always fresh and packed nicely during the course of all these visits my orders have never missed a single item. Thank you Jashan , you deserve a raise and a nice review for all your hard work. Other restaurants in our town would all be a bit better if they followed your lead .

I had a really disappointing experience at Burger King Mission today. The burgers we bought had uncooked patties, which is completely unacceptable. When we returned them, the staff didn't even apologize - and made us wait another 10 minutes to confirm if they can issue a refund! Such poor customer service. It completely ruined our morning with such an unpleasant experience. I usually never leave negative reviews, but this time I just had to share how frustrating it was.

Manager is wonderful!! He runs a good team and is always smiling and happy. This location always satisfies. We love our whopper Wednesday and have now enjoyed the double croissant breakfast sandwich,which tastes great and not greasy at all like other food chains. Keep up the good work guys!!

I’m not one to admit I’d enjoy putting some meat in my mouth but.. for the road king burger is the exception, except for the one time at at a family reunion but we won’t talk about that

What is the point of mobile ordering if I have to repeat my whole order at the drive thru and then they make me pull to the front of the store to wait for my order because they didn’t make it and they don’t want me on their drive thru timer.
At least they’re making it fresh to order I guess
