What is the point of mobile ordering if I have to repeat my whole order at the drive thru and then they make me pull to the front of the store to wait for my order because they didn’t make it and they don’t want me on their drive thru timer.
At least they’re making it fresh to order I guess

I went to this Burger King location, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The burger bun had this weird white stuff on it—at first, I thought it might just be flour or something, but it looked off, like it hadn’t been stored properly or cleaned before serving.

This is one of the better BK locations I've been to.
I got a cheeseburger with an extra patty and they gave me two patties in a hotdog bun with no cheese, the chicken burger wasn't crispy, and staff as new. The iced tea tasted like lukewarm chlorine water as well. My Patties were cold and were dry and tough to chew. Disappointed with BK.

I love this location! Much better than the abbotsford one on sumas. JeNNa thinks the mission BK is terrible compared to the abbotsford sumas location. Worth the drive! JeNNa should keep her negative comments to herself.

Extremely great experience. I had no idea that this Burger King was even in mission but decided to take my son there and went through the drive thru. For a change compared to most fast food places, I was greeted and talked to through the pick up window by a fellow who was extremely polite and patent. Have not had an experience like this in years as I find most employees at fast food outlets are cold and rude. Would highly recommend this outfit for sure

Stopped late after work.ordered a whopper and fries. The whopper had no charbroiled flavor..which i thought was its signiture . And toppings were soggy.. Fries were dried out wood chips. It was obvious that it was cooked at least a hour earlier and stuck under heat lamps.. for me it was not edible. Gave it to my dog who ate the burger but did not touch thr fries. I will never go to BK again.

The lady was absolutely rude!!! We kept trying to order and she kept cutting us off and people have been sitting here for 25 minutes waiting for food. I can’t believe how rude these people are. It’s unbelievable! How can you work at this place if you hate people so much? I’m not even kidding.
I went through the drive thru. It cost $30 and the order was completely wrong! They forgot to give me my drink, burger made with pickles and onions even though I asked for them to be taken off. They added bacon for some strange reason, which I didn't order. Service was slow and they weren't friendly. I won't return.

Made a minor mistake on my order, forgetting cheese, asked if I could pay the difference at the window. "No I can't do that, it won't let me" okay, it did the last time I mucked up the app but w/e. Asked if I could buy 2 sides of cheese as a new order, also no. I haven't forgotten it often, but definitely fixed it before.
