I have a gluten allergy and wish there were more gluten-free options on the menu. However, the Dairy Queen website was very helpful in identifying what I could and couldn’t have. I ended up having a burger without the bun (since lettuce wraps weren’t available) and a Blizzard. Both the burger and the ice cream were excellent!

Absolute worst fast food experience. 30+ min wait for a cheeseburger. Not even particularly busy. Staff completely unorganized and rude. Thought Mcdonalds down the street was bad...this is next level. Never again.

They don't care at all,got two combos and two blizzards,food was cold and order was wrong,blizzards were not mixed even a little,will never go back,3rd time in a row it was terrible,my bad for being stupid enough to go three times

They've removed Mountain Dew from the drink fountain even though 2 of them are Pepsi which is completely unnecessary.!

I ordered a birthday cake 4 days ago to be picked up yesterday and my cake was not there nor was it ready. I sent the photo to the email I was given to be put on the cake. Now years prior to this I never been asked about my confirmation number for my cake just the name and phone number. I was then told I was supposed to receive one on email to confirm that they had gotten the photo. I had not received one but had sent the photo to the correct email address. Later what I assumed was the manager told me that my email went to the junk mailbox and that their employees hadn't checked it in the 3 days. I was quite frustrated by this point as I had been blatantly ignored and skipped over as a customer behind me was helped first! Their solution was to give me 20 bucks and a different size cake. I had bought a 63$ sheet cake and had to settle for a smaller round cake! The manager also broke health code violations by opening a new bag of what i think was wiped cream and putting it directly into someone's drink that was half empty. It wasn't even a DQ drink to begin with i am pretty sure the person was a friend or employee off shift. The manager then put the bag back in their fridge and continued to ignore me for another 3 for minutes I had loudly ask for help after having 3 people ignore me for 10 minutes straight. Absolutely will not be going back there for a cake ever again. The servers has dropped dramatically and so has the food and everything else. No hair nets no regards for food safe nothing! Absolutely horrible place now.

Stopped in for a bite to eat with my son and also bought an ice cream cake for my eldest son’s birthday today. We each had a bacon cheese burger with fries and a drink. The order took over 20 mins and then I asked if our order was ready. The lady says yes,I looked up and they were sitting under the hot lamp. Fries were cold,tasted like onion rings and dirty oil. I asked for fresh fries and they were ready really quickly.
I was reminded that DQ is better known for their cold treats than their hot eats.

***I should add we were the only customers in DQ****

Pumpkin pie blizzard pretty sure it's supposed to come with whipped cream/nutmeg.

10 fries for $3.75 and a dripping melted blizzard. When asked why the ice cream is so melted they said it's too hot for their machines to keep up ? they're an ice cream shop
