Best brunch cafe in the Abbotsford-Mission area!😀
The delicious food prepared with the owner’s dedication and the friendly service from the staff are truly outstanding!
The atmosphere inside is great, and being right next to the railway adds a unique charm!
I've visited several times and tried different menu items each time, and they were all so good that I can't recommend just one.
It's simply the best!👍

Service took forever. Didn’t get someone to take a drink order for 10 minutes. But the guy that walked in after us got a coffee on his table as he was sitting down. All i ordered was an iced tea. Got a can covered in dirt, and a pretty nasty cup filled with ice. It’s clear it’s not very clean back there.
Didn’t get a food order in for another 15 minutes, but the guy that walked in after us got his food within 10 minutes of walking in.

Place itself needs a deep clean, all the chairs are ripped and destroyed, all the walls are covered in dirt and grime.

12 minutes to get an ice tea and the table that came in after us had their food before they even took our order. Place was messy, no music and you could hear them yelling at eachother in the kitchen.

Had the Bacon Benedict, it was delicious. The best hash browns I ever had.

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. One of the last two houses turned eaterie on the flats. Excellent home cooking. We had eggs Benny California served with avocado slices. Really tasty.

Parking: They do have a very small free parking lot however it's easy to park on the adjacent street.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users may want to skip this one. Or call ahead?

Wonderful little spot to dine! Parking is good. Lots of it around the area. The lot on site is small. Food was absolutely delicious. The Service was wonderful. My only reason I can't rate it for 5 stars is because my party was a table for 2. Our food took a very long time to get to us. There was a table of 4 that came in well after us and they received their food 10 times faster. Hopefully that was just an off morning. We had the California eggs Benedict which I highly recommend.

Ordered wonton soup online and it was the world's smallest container for $9.95! It was maybe a cup of broth with 3 wontons.

Nothing more nostalgic for me than a diner. There are a few options in mission but this is my preferred. The service is always friendly, food is always hot and exactly what you would expect and the prices are reasonable.

It's the best omelette I've ever had. Other menu items are also great.
