I have been a loyal customer for years, I have the body to prove it. First things first I came in and they had their tills fenced off with signs saying to use the self serve kiosk, I like the personal touch and i'm not good with technology. Secondly , we have been using coupon codes for as long as I can remember. This time, however they decided that we needed the physical copy of the coupon. They said it was due to a policy change. I asked to see the policy as it was not posted anywhere that could be seen and they refused to show it. I decided fine, that is OK maybe next time we can bring the coupon, but since we've been coming for so many years perhaps they would do us the solid and give us what we came for. They refused, rudely. I informed them they lost a customer and walked out.

We came from Abbotsford, because this location is much better quality than the one in the city of Abbotsford. They made everything fresh for us!! Not a long wait for that at all 🙂 Very friendly staff, hard working and made the food perfectly. We dined inside the restaurant and did not feel rushed. They were very hospitable. It is clean and AIR CONDITIONED 😉 We will be back!! Thank you!!

They tried to give me an old chicken sandwich and fries from an order that someone didn’t pickup. I watched them as I waited at the counter for my order. Customer service was shitty and they didn’t apologize for trying to give me old food. We dined in yet they gave me a bag. The chicken was dark brown… old oil. No forks or napkins in the bag. Kiosk ordering is confusing. Overall we will never come back again!
I see that KFC has gone with a personalised system now, with their kiosks. Now they don't have to talk to the customers, other than hollering their first name. It was bad enough before but this really tops it, basically saying we don't care about you.

Said they didn’t see my truck parked out front…after 42mins waiting out front where drive through told me to park. I decided to go inside to see if they forgot about me. Nope just didn’t care to double check the truck that they walked passed half hour ago. Zero stars
