The woman who works at the front of the restaurant has always been extremely pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person. On top of that the food is always delicious. The chicken is juicy and tender, and the fries are crispy. Been eating here for years and will continue to in the future!

The front-of-house staff member was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Rather than acknowledging the issue and responding constructively, she argued in the review section with comments such as “you’re just a delivery person,” which comes across as unprofessional. No amount of positive reviews or incentives can make up for poor customer service. I hope the team can focus on improving basic courtesy and professionalism moving forward.
