The staff(the girl on the front or maybe the cashier) she was so arrogant and no manners at all. Its not right that you come to the parking lot and tell us that the toilet has a single drop of pee and we should use it properly, so we come inside with the staff and show us the single drop off pee of grade 3 boy (my son) so my wife wipe it. In the first place you should clean your toilet whenever someone forgot or use it improperly. If you're that sensitive better close your store or close your washrooms. They should put someone in your store who knows how to treat costumers very well. Your food is good but your attitude and your service is ZERO.

The food was average, but the customer service was very disappointing. One of the staff members was arrogant and unprofessional, showing no basic courtesy — no greeting, no thank you, and a very cold attitude throughout.
The fries were also low quality ,soggy and not fresh. Please learn from other good restaurants that know how to treat customers properly. I won’t be returning.

The cashier on duty showed a clear lack of basic customer service skills. They were rude, dismissive, and acted as if they were doing me a favor by just doing their job.

They are the #1 place that we recommend to people visiting mission, especially if you want a delicious traditional Korean meal quick and fresh!

The staff are quick and efficient always professional on the phone and I like how she repeats the order back to ensure it’s correct. We like the rice instead of fries and she’s always accommodating our request. This is a really good quality and quantity of nice Korean fried chicken we are so pleased we found it! Thank you 🙏

my favourite restaurant in the whole of the lower mainland.
service: i dont know what to say other than that the people there are super nice. it takes ~10-15 minutes for food to be ready, but this isnt a fast food restaurant.
atmosphere: modest and very mom & pop. its a nice break from the Stingray Music Country Top Hits that are played everywhere else. its as clean as a resraurant should be.
food: probably the best chicken from a restaurant in mission. its a bit expensive, but you can get 3-4 meals put of a full order/half order. its also just good, so its worth the money. in addition they also have a lot of Korean food there to, although the chicken is the reason youll be going there.
keep in mind that this is Korean style fried chicken so it might catch you off guard if youre used to american chicken, but this does not detract from the food here.
