Says everywhere it opens at 5 am waited till 6:30 and workers would just look and not serve anybody. This location is by far the worst I’ve seen and doubt I’ll ever go back. Had to go elsewhere for a quick breakfast

Never left a bad review in my life. This is the worst McDonalds in North America. Staff are rude, all day long. They are slow. Their hours are on the fly. They mess up orders constantly. Never have I ever seen so much incompetence and just plain ignorance. Stay away from this McDicks!!!!

Got sent to the front from the drive thru for just two egg mcmuffins and two donut holes. Waited 25 minutes then went inside to see what was taking so long. The bag was just sitting on the counter. And when I checked the contents they didn't include the donut holes. We went to see why they weren't there and they said someone came to tell us but no one told us anything. Terrible and my food is probably cold now.

The service and attention to detail at this location are consistently appalling. On numerous occasions, I have used the drive-thru, only to discover errors in my order after leaving. Additionally, ordering through DoorDash or Uber Eats has been a deeply frustrating experience. Condiments that I have paid for are frequently missing, items are often substituted with incorrect alternatives, and specific instructions are almost always ignored.
This recurring lack of care is both disappointing and infuriating. Unfortunately, as the only location in Mission, I have no alternatives—otherwise, I would not return.

20 minutes for a pick up order. Order wildly wrong. Like 2 buns with ketchup and nothing else on a cheeseburger levels of wrong. Tried to get it fixed. They got it wrong a 2nd time in the same absurb way.
App is a POS as well.
Not only do I wish I could review this place even worse, I wish I could do multiple times.

The girl taking orders at the drive through was rude and didn't take our order correctly and got snippy when I ordered a drink from a machine that wasn't working. (As if I knew that.) Then told us to drive through without me having a drink ordered. When at the window she didn't greet anything just said the total and shoved the machine in our face then pulled it back after. The manager was nice at the next window but that other girl was not at all.

Whoever works the drive through was not very polite they skrewed up my order really bad I'm allergic to certain thing it's it was like they don't care it is now 1059 am dec 16 who ever works the drive through I absolutely very good to me it was only three min to 11 and don't give me my replacement now I'm late for work twice two days lunch ruined.

Worst McDonald’s in the Fraser Valley! Horrible everything, smells like a hobo tent inside and never get your order correct. The only positive is I didn’t get sick after eating, but felt risky.
Manager and employees don't care about doing there jobs. This McDonald location has to be the worst run restaurant out of all these franchises! It's sad that management hasn't corrected this issue for the good people from Mission BC and travellers. McDonald's should be ashamed of this pathetic restaurant. Won't be going to McDonald's ever again.

Yes I told someone of this issue.... McDonald's... your disgusting🤢🤢!! Your staff completely just don't care , but not unaware of the bathroom situation, that while we were there no one did anything about it!! All 3 women's toilets are clogged with poop, and your men's washroom... the only usable toilet is clogged as well. Yes we told someone about it. And the Young man that came out, said and I quote " oh I thought it was just our washroom!". No you numbty... it's all washrooms. Even the bathroom that needed a key was disgusting 😡. Hope no one barfs all over your dining area from the disgust. And yes I even tried to flush all 5 toilets..... nothing went down. I hope your store manager sees this rant. What happened to people giving a shit anymore? Yes pun intended 🤯.

If I could give it all minus I would by far the worst experience I have had to date I went thru drive thru and told my daughter we would get the Grinch meals as a Christmas treat. We are a low income home so it's a hard stretch at best. Got our three Grinch meals. 1. No boxes apparently there out but didn't tell us this until we already paid 2. The guy laughed at me and said at least you get the socks 3. Didn't get the socks, I had to go back in vu this time I'm steaming mad as the food was already cold at the window. The guy laughed again and pointed to his co-workers saying it was her fault. Wtf. Also there was no shaker as promised what a joke. The y did not care at all. The meals were awful
