Management is getting worse day by day. One of employee in drive through around 3pm today gave me wrong order. I checked my food bag right away at drive through because this happens with me often. When i asked that i got wrong food order, she ( Manager Shelly ) talked to me so rude like why im asking her for order correction. She said she is not supposed to get learn anything from customers. I asked for manager. Literally i could not believe that she was manager of restaurant. If she talks so rude with customers then how mcdonalds gonna survive ? OMG worst manager ever

Took 25 minutes to get my food after placing an online order 10 minutes prior. Didnt have any of my food ready or cooked and the service is just awful. No one communicates and messes the orders up every time i buy. Not worth going to this one anymore

Fadt and easy service in ghe drive true on an early Saturday morning. They staid with their opening times , other McDonald's still where closed, despise stating 24h, and didn't open until later. The food was warm and delivered McDonald's quality.

They show 24 hours open, but when I visited around 5:55 AM, both the drive-thru and walk-in were closed. Cones were placed at the drive-thru, and inside doors were locked. No sign posted whether it was closed or open. Very inconvenient and misleading for customers.
Forgetful staff with poor attitudes and behavior. I ordered an americano coffee with 3 creams and as always they forgot the cream. That's the last straw with this place, I have had my fill of it.

I live in Mission for 15 years now and I have to say in the last 5 years I haven’t had a good experiences at this location they never seem to get it right and the service is very poor I do have to say I am now going to rite head office of McDonald’s and you should to its the only way to make a difference.
