The food is okay, not much body to the sashimi. The service is left to a robot, so you only get one cup for your drink as the human server does not check on tables after the order. I will not darken that door again.

Sadly while the robot is fun. It also means we waited 30 mins to order, didnt get any drinks and had to share food delivered without plates.

Its good food and nice people but the robot works against the experience when busy.

Terrible customer service. They completely missed the mark on the food and when I called to sort it out they repeated to me "I didn't pack it". I asked to speak to who did pack it they simply didn't know. I was then told to note on my next order the issue and they'd add something free next time. There won't be a next time. I spent $100 and was dismissed as a simple inconvenience to their evening. Save your money and go elsewhere, you won't get what you want anyways. Unless you want to be insulted and have a sub par meal, then order away.

Don’t waste your money! Very bad service always, consistently. Ordered couple of items for dinner dine in. The salmon in salmon teriyaki dinner box was foul smelling and off. When told the lady/owner she rolled her eyes. No apology and offered 50 percent off salmon. This was not the first time. Never going back again.

Really tasty! The waitress and staff are nice, it comes relatively fast doesn’t take too too long from what I recall, they also have a cute robot that delivers the food sometimes. Would recommend ^^.

Food is ok. Not very polite.
They also package rolls with sauces with everything else. So you end up with spicy sauce over every roll you ordered. Makes it frustrating when one person enjoys spicy and the other does not.

I am not the type to leave a bad review nor leave no tip, but i am genuinely appalled by the poor customer service from our server and the manager. I came in this evening with two friends, once we were sat our server came and right off the bat asked us how we were splitting the bill, no intro, no drink order. so we order drinks and then ask for a couple minutes to look over the menu. our server comes back to take our order… once we received what we ordered. 2 items were incorrect, and 3 items were missing. we notified our server and SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME!!! as i was kindly explaining to her what orders were incorrect. not only did she roll her eyes at me she also turned around and WALKED AWAY AS I WAS SPEAKING TO HER, i was quite disappointed and didn’t even know how to respond to the level of disrespect to a paying customer. there was another server who was super sweet and was also confused with what was going on at our table, we appreciate her for trying to diffuse the situation. i called afterwards to speak with the manager who dismissed my entire experience. i hope this review will help improve their service.

Second time here and the lady that works here is so rude each time I go in. Atmosphere and first impressions is everything she kept asking me if I was doing take out she wouldn't stop asking me I answered her the first time she kept asking omg so rude and she asked again when I was going to pay like lady wth don't u understand I said yes for take out! Hope thr food is good I can't remember what it was like last time I was here. I just want the authentic chicken Karage uhg
