Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I love mucho....but not this one, i was really hopeing they would read their reviews and change their business model to be more like other muchos and match their success. But they seem to be ignoring the reviews and it will be their downfall which is to bad cause I really wanted a good mucho in mission so I don't have to drive to abbotsford. To the owners of this one... go to abbotsford mucho and see how it should be. There is a reason they always have a line....don't you want that too? Same complaints as the other reviews. Your regular size is the same as other muchos small size, you give small level scoops of chicken other muchos give heaping scoops, you are cheap on the cheese, veg and everything else, the flavor is wrong and your prices are more. I hope you change for your own success, till then I will drive the extra distance to abby.

Medium pork burrito and small chicken burrito made to perfect over specifications, by the one woman show running the place...Give that lady a raise 🙏🙌

I am getting pretty sick and tired of ordering triple meat and getting all rice instead. My burrito split so I have a photo to prove. Train your staff to actually make the items that people order. This is the 4th time this has happend. Will not be ordering again since I continue to get ripped off.

I went there with my family today. The food was really delicious, especially the customer service. Ms. Mandeep offered excellent service, and all the staff were very friendly. Thank you, and I truly recommend Mucho Burrito Mission Outlet to everyone who lives near here in Mission and loves burritos.

Food was good service and the employees that served myself and my other half were moody and constantly giving us dirty looks the entire time during our order process both times we ate there then began speaking a language we didn’t understand while giving us said dirty looks.

Bowl seems like ingredients they use are from her home(15$ bowl not worth it),sunday july 20,4:00 PM , the person on shift is trying to shut off the restaurant whoever the owner is I am pretty sure , your restaurant if suffering from low foot traffic she s the reason or probably the low level service.lowest service ever been from Mucho burrito is this restaurant.Customers stay away if anyone wants value for money , thanks

Went there a few days ago and ordered a bowl with 2x protein.
She adds 2 tiny scoops of meat so I thought she didn't hear me request 2x protein but yet she insisted that this is how much it is supposed to come with. This location 2x meat is less then the normal amounts at the Abbotsford location. Not to mention one of the scoops was just a giant piece of fatty flubber.
Unless the Abbotsford Highstreet location has gone down hill in recent time, I would strongly advise choosing that one over the mission location.

Workers are so so nice and speedy!!!! The food is also excellent. Mucho burrito is one of my favorite places to get dinner.
