When my Mom and I go for lunch OPA is our go to place. Not all OPA'S are created equally. The food at the Mission location in Outlook Village is by far the best. They take great care in preparing the food and it shows. Everything is put together neatly and they don't skimp on the ingredients. Tons of chicken and Tzatiki in the Gyros. Delicious! And the service is top notch as well. Evertime I go in to the mission location we are greeted with a friendly smile and impeccable service. Today Jass was no different. She made us feel welcomed and incredibly attended to. She not only was very friendly but also very thorough in taking our order. And beyond that she served us at our table and came back to see if everything was OK! That's far above and beyond what is expected for service at a fast food restaurant. 10 out of 10 for quality of food and service!!

Place was very clean. Food was very good and serviced fast. Both of the Jass working were friendly and inviting. They even serve you the food to the table which is a nice touch for a fast food place.

As a former resident of Kitsilano in the 80’s and 90’s, Vancouver’s Greek epicentre at the time, I often passed Opa’s. I haven’t had really good calamari for decades and not wanting to buy a full order, the nice young ladies gave me a sample. I sat down and had a great falafel and fabulous calamari. The squid was tender with a light , crispy coating only made better by the fresh oil it was cooked in. I’ll be back!

Even though I’m not a regular at OPA, I’ve been in several times with a close friend and every single visit has been a wonderful experience thanks to Jazz. She goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. Before we even get a chance to ask her how she’s doing, she’s already asking about our day and greeting us with such genuine warmth.
It’s rare to come across someone who makes customer service feel so personal and sincere. Jazz is always accommodating, patient, and quick to brighten the atmosphere with her positivity. She has a natural way of making OPA feel more than just a quick stop for food. she makes it feel like a place you want to return to because of the experience.
Employees like Jazz truly make a difference in how people see a business, and OPA is lucky to have her representing them. I would highly recommend visiting this location, not just for the food but for the outstanding customer service she provides.

My first time to opa in Mission. The folks who served me were fantastic. The food was good but unfortunately I found the pita and fries to be very, very salty

Tried Opa again and really enjoyed it this time as well! I ordered a chicken rice bowl and a chicken wrap with fries — everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The store was super clean and the service was outstanding. Great experience overall!

Always a pleasant experience at the Mission Opa! Food is consitent in flavour and all the staff are super friendly. Jass in particular, goes out of her way to ensure each visit is the best it can be. Great work!

We had an exceptional experience today. Jass was out server and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and suggested some things for us to try. The restaurant was very clean as well. I will definitely be coming back here.
