As someone who’s eats Ramen from the city this was not a good representation of what ramen should taste like. Honestly I would never order this again. The broth was not rich, lacked all the flavour I love about eating good ramen. My pork belly was all fat on one piece and the noodle did not feel like it was handmade.
I will go back and try the Poke.
The food is delicious here!!! Very fresh. One of my fav places to go now! 😋
