I bought food for 4people to.have. Usually the food is good. I ordered on phone and was told it would be an hour. I was there a hour later and still waited 20 minutes. The ginger chicken was so hard it could be used as a hockey puck. The almond chicken was not far behind. The hot and sour soup was not the usual good flavor and it as well as the chicken smelled like malt vinegar. Ok sometimes things go wrong but when I called the next day the gentelman(who I believe was the owner and sounded annoyed I even called)said he would tell the manager to call. Well it's been 2 days and not a word. I'll be going back to Kitchen on the ridge for now on. Customer service really sucks these days.

Spent 170 on meal for 8 last night. My partner went to pick it up. They over charged us by 10 dollars. There wasn’t enough food for 8. The deep fried prawns were under cooked and heavily battered!!! The dry pork rib bite things tasted of baking soda. The chicken Tao was like mush. The sweet and sour pork was brown and had no flavour just tasted like goop. The beef chop suey had almost no beef mostly broccoli. The only thing good was their green beens and there wasn’t much. This was so disappointing as we order Chinese for Christmas dinner each year and being shorted in food over charged and some food was inedible. Tried calling them multiple times and they wouldn’t answer our calls at 4 pm. I will never go here again.

After seeing how much raw almond chicken has been served from this place, I will never ever ever eat there again. I understand it. It's new owners and they are doing something wrong and people are getting sick!!

A friend treated us to dinner last night. What an extreme disappointment and waste of money! The sweet and sour pork was dried out meat in some sort of a gravy. Egg rolls were mushy inside with very little of anything in them. Rice and chow mein were overcooked.
Would not recommend Prawn Garden ever!

While we enjoyed a busy day being part of the Santa Parade we wanted to have some relief and Chinese Food was our preferred choice- Called our go to restaurant and to our surprise they where closed, I am not one to switch suppliers but with every one tired I decided to take a chance and call this restaurant- Although I was 20 minutes before closing time they agreed to stay for me to prepare and pick up- Pleasant Host Lin offered a drink while I waited and soon I wan on my way! I must report that this dinner for the 6 of us unanimously was preferred to any past experiences with our old supplier that I will not name here- Great experience 5 star review Micheal
