Went in a couple days ago and had a hard time deciding on what to order. The girl working, Navjot, was running the place by herself. She recommended the peppercorn steak sandwich - it was delicious! She was polite and friendly. Really impressed with the great service and tasty food - I’ll definitely be coming back.

The Deal of the day is no longer an option unless you have the app downloaded and are an avid customer. Ther service was fine, although every single table but one was filthy-crumbs peices of food and garbage everywhere. The company has changed their prices and their rules. They're not focused on customer experience or ease of use. This will be my last time giving my money to this company.

I have been here a couple times and it has been OK, today I walked in and I ordered the sandwich of the day which was a meatball for $7.99. The woman at the counter asked me what size I would like And I said Small. When I paid, I noticed the price was more than what was advertised on the sign. Confused, I asked the woman why and she said because I ordered a small and the deal was only for a medium. I said that that was frustrating that I was paying more for less of a sandwich and that didn’t seem right, her response was oh well That’s what you ordered. Her and the other associate were unwilling to do anything as they said it was my fault. Very disappointing and I will not be back here again.

I went to this location for dine in, and it appears the AC isn't working. It gets hot in the dining area, so I can't imagine what the workers are feeling. I always come here, and the girls working there are really nice, always greeting the customers, and we appreciate that. Could you please fix the AC issue.

the staff at this location are great and make nice sandwiches.
however the air cond does not work here, for a long time. so over the summer when its 30 degrees outside, you go into the restaurant and its 5-10 degrees HOTTER. staff and customers deserve working air cond. its in a mall, not like its a stand alone building. why doesnt it work, for so long.

Ordered 3 of the Monday subs and was told changing the sauce from honey mustard to anything else was not allowed. So fine I asked for no sauce. Then I watched the lady weigh the meat slices and take slivers off the deli turkey slice sliver by sliver until the half piece of turkey matched what you were wanting. If you worked today you know who I am and why I waited to walk out when you finally threw them in the oven.
