Our daughter just brought home an amazing pizza from Ricardo's. Chicken, bacon, lots of cheese on Alfredo sauce, and an excellent crust. Holy smokes it was good. Would definitely buy it again.

Honestly the staff is super nice and the Ricardo’s mission location makes really good pizza I’ve never had any complaints ever food is always hot when it arrives from delivery. Pretty happy with my experience every time I order i don’t know what management is doing but it’s working they have a really good store.

Refused to honour the coupons they put into a book 7871 stave lake st, clearly shows on coupon lady on shift on October 12th refused to honour it and continuously tried to upsale me and refused the coupon. Would not recommend dealing with them.

Grabbed some pizza slices as we were walking by to the post office. They were just putting out some fresh hot slices. Prices seemed decent. It was about $8 for two slices, dip, a pop, tax and tip. The pizza was really good. The lady working seemed nice. It's not a sit-down restaurant, it's just a pickup place but they do have a couple stools where you can sit and enjoy your slice of pizza. Parking sucks in this mini mall.
Parking: It's located in a busy mini mall that's tough to find a parking in. Too small. Too many people.
I ordered rib and pasta for delivery. But only got the pasta. Some how they forgot to order it. Then when i called had to pay extra for the ribs and wait while my food got cold. While still having to pay more for what I ordered.

Horrible service delivered me the wrong order then said I could get a new one the next day because they closed then when I make the call to get one the next day the refuse to give it to me. Do not order from them cuz if they screw up they won’t fix it

Love Ricardo’s pizza but, the last few times we order the lady on the phone doesn’t understand our easy order. Always have to repeat our order like 5 times before it’s correct.
Ham and pineapple, add bacon and extra pineapple. Not that difficult I’d think. Always the same order to so you’d think because they have your number they’d have our previous orders?
3 chances given and unfortunately I think we’ll be looking for a new pizza place.
Been a customer for many many years too Since they opened.
Favourite pizza place by far. I drive from Maple Ridge to get it. Staff is always super friendly too!
