Good gravy, what an unpleasant experience with the staff member Tatum at the cash! I don't understand why they have employees working the front end when they're not pleasant to paying customers. I've since been told that she's the manager or one of the managers disturbing considering the way she treated me over a drink that should be made right the first time. I'm happy to take my business where they appreciate it, because clearly she does not care if they lose business at this location

The customer service provided by Isaiah is excellent.
You guys need to fix ur drive through box. Or listen to what’s being ordered. My husband and I ordered our order to find that they didn’t even put his order in. and when we got to the window they weren’t even willing to make it. This is why I go to other locations

I ordered a trenta bubble tea probably like 10 minutes ago. I just got home and I got a tall bubble tea. They take so long to make the food/drinks. They never check your order like read the order back to you there honestly just not that good and if I were you, I wouldn’t go here, they suck

I ordered hot and cold drinks here ahead by my mobile phone. It took 10 min to be ready. The store had drive thru and free parking lot for dine in. One accessible parking spot was available and the entrance has push button to open. Dining was spacious and nicely decorated. Washrooms for customers were clean and available. The drinks were in the best shape and taste as expected.
