Hi..this location usually has great service and the girls are so friendly. Today however the girl at the window was wearing a mask. She told us she was recovering from a cold. She was handling the cups with her hands. I suggested she wear gloves. This wasn’t good hygiene practise for dealing with the public. Thanks.

This is by far my favourite Starbucks. The food is great and the drive thru is fast. It’s always a great experience talking to the staff at this location, they are all so sweet and made my not so good day better. They also make an amazing ice caramel macchiato 11/10⭐️. I have never been disappointed by this location.

Yesterday morning around 8 am entered the store and discovered the women’s washroom was filthy and garbage left in there . Person in charge said they were run off their feet. Three customers in the store . I said it should be a priority to clean either before they leave at night or first thing in am. Also crumbs were on tables snd main floor looked like it needed a was as well as filthy glass door. I have never been in a Starbucks do dirty. It should be a huge red flag if they are lax in this area what happens behind the counter? To add more disappointment we bought 27.00 worth of goodies with our drinks 3 pastries famished were stale we found out later when we ate them. There needs to be better leadership managing this location . I will say they were courteous but they don’t get it.

So I went this location on Thursday August 3 ,it was only me there 3 people working I purchased drink and cake pop they pass me machine to pay there was tip option I put 15 % tip again I need to buy something again asking tip I don’t put the tip that 3 workers eyes crashed and laughing each other .Wow if you want make money work for it don’t just wait tip I don’t want to give tip for Starbucks!!!!
