Ordered a caramel frap... I got cold sugary milk with no flavor. Of course I drank it but still, what happened to the caramel? Maybe I don't deserve caramel.

Just wanted to grab a quick tea and snack after work. The food was great, the staff was very friendly, and this location was actually very calm and quiet for the late afternoon. It was perfect!

Attitude from staff with inconsistent standards for making drinks compared to other locations. When they make a mistake the staff lack customer service and refuse to correct or remake drinks. Rather they argue with you or show attitude. Management is lacking and staff need retraining on how to provide service to Starbucks standards.

I sat inside waiting for my one drink for 20 minutes while they pumped through drinks on drive through. She blamed it on pre order drinks though they have that shut off 15 minutes before i even got there or i would of done that. I am late for mother days brunch now, never should i walk into the front counter and order one drink and wait 25 mins. Will be poor reviewing this location daily as i have never had this experience any other location and the amount you charge is outrageous for you to short staff and give that kind of service.

Just received a cup full of ice and hardly any coffee. Very disappointed in paying $6 for a cup of ice. My order indicated light ice. 🙁

They are truly the nicest Starbucks in all of Mission. They almost never get orders wrong. They are so kind and caring and they have such a lovely environment. It is my favorite place to go to. I go almost every single day. I love all the staff that works there and I hope everyone has an amazing day that works there. They are all so kind and sweet!!!!!!

Waited 20 minutes for a drink. They were not super busy..no apology or anything. I've never waited this long at a Starbucks ever. Terrible service.

Ordered Trenta pink drink with chocolate cold foam. Get to window & girl at window takes my money, then hands me a brown drink ? I asked what it was and she said "it's a pink drink with chocolate cold foam, exactly what you orderd" I responded by saying I've never had a pink drink with chocolate cold foam that looks like this before. It's supposed to be 3/4 pink drink with chocolate cold foam on the top.
She then got an attitude with me, saying "This is how they're made" taking drink out of my hand aggressively.
I tried to call out to her a couple times while she was making drink to confirm she was aware of my request for light ice, & after the 3rd time saying excuse me, she looked at me, so I said "light ice please" Well, she snapped " Well that's what's on the order" Very unprofessional.
When she hands me 2nd drink, it looked normal at the time. After she handed drink forcefully, I just took a breath & said "thank u, have a nice day," & she just walked away.
From the time I drove from drive-thru to the stop sign at Wendy's, the whole cup was brown again. I hadn't even taken a drink. It looked all curdled & does taste very funky. After drinking half, this is what it looked like, so I dumped it. Yuk
