What’s with the garbage service I waited for 16 minutes after arriving for my mobile order, first the app won’t let me select grilled than it takes longer to pick up a mobile order than walking into the store. I’ve been to a lot of subways but this one is by far the worst next to the Abbotsford’s mchallam location. L subway. And my order was made wrong the staff member didn’t even read the comments.

The worst service I have had by at a subway in my life by far. I tried to order two subs, one just pepperoni with no pizza sauce, and that was the first problem. The woman making the sandwich put pizza sauce on it and got mad when I said scraping it off wasn't good enough, she proceeded to roll her eyes so say things in another language to her coworker who was chuckling. Doesn't take an imagination to figure out who they were talking about. Then my sandwich came and the cheese was melted all over the paper and hanging out of the sandwich with none on the actual sandwich, when I said "come on, what is that" she just said "what?" Like there was nothing wrong with that joke of a sandwich, I'll never go back to that subway again, what a joke, I wish I got photos but I was too angry and had to leave so I didnt become part of the problem.

Very Bad experience, i visited there today May 20 ,2024 evening. Ordered Veggie patty wrap. Girl name Harman was serving me she’s very rude firstly she haven’t toasted the patty for me i asked to do so then she grilled my wrap without asking me and she dont know how to wrap it. Worst customer service plus i recommend never go there. I am adding wrap image you guys check the shape of wrap which doesn’t looks like wrap.

Tuesday May /14/ 2024 exact 10.30 pm ..placed a online order a foot long sub and i got this.. missing sauces.. over filled wastage of food .. i mean seriously how could you do that with someone’s food .. spoiled my whole shift .. very disappointed.. dont even know how to wrap it and thats a basic thing to learn of you arr working at subway .. would love to say dont go there ..

Bad experience.Do not know how to fold wrapVery rude and when asked to do it properly said i know thats how its done.My friend with me was in line and she made him wait again in line.No customer service and greeting.
The bread was very stale (either toasted too long or old bread) and I was really grossed out because the guy handled multiple peoples sandwiches AND their cashier system with the SAME gloves…very unsanitary. I have a stomachache today now.

Stale bread. I was there this morning around 10:30 to pick up my lunch for later. Just finished half of it now, and the bread is VERY stale. Like left over night fully exposed to air kind of stale. This is literally the first time I have experienced this from a Subway.

And the lady her name is Mandeep is mostly on her phone she was so rude whenever I enter the store she was looking like so depressed like he just want to make money don’t want to work.
