Went yesterday morning and had a wonderful sandwich artist. Went back today and just the sandwich monsters were there so I left.
I really dislike having to come to this Subway location, but it’s the closest one to my house being only 3 minutes away. The service here is consistently disappointing. The older woman who works there always seems to be in such a rush and never smiles or even looks at me, and it shows in how she handles the creation of my sandwiches. I had to ask for my sandwiches to be toasted.. something I thought was standard for them to confirm with customers. She tossed the sandwich into the oven, pulled it out 20 seconds early! and I had to ask for it to be put back in. It just feels like there’s no care or attention to detail at this location. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered two salads and was really disappointed. The portions were tiny, barely anything in them and when I handed over a coupon, the girl didn’t even bother to use it. On top of that, her attitude wasn’t friendly at all, which made the experience worse. To top it off, she gave us spoons for salads instead of forks. Overall, not impressed and won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

I hate this place I definitely don’t recommend I just went here because I live right next to it there was a Indian lady that was so fed up with her job she was very rude and me and my friend just got 6 cookies but she gave us 5 when we went back she starting fighting that we ate it but we didn’t do anything and she was just mad that she aggressively tossed the cookie in and said pls leave the store I don’t wanna fight

This location needs to be shut down. They do not use proper hygiene when making sandwiches. Lady scratches forehead just before grabbing condiments to put on sandwich. She was asked to change her gloves before proceeding. Refused to put decent toppings on sub. Footlong and she only put 3 small scoops of tuna. Bread was old, and hard. I've tried to make several complaints to subway Canada but they keep submitting it to her and she keeps ignoring the issue in refusing to take accountability. What they don't realize is the community will stop coming to these locations if they continue to treat customers like crap. We pay your bills and put food on your table and you should respect that because you could easily go out of business because people stopped coming to your establishment. MANAGEMENT PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS REVIEWS!!! YOU HAVE FAR TO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS.

This subway is always lacking and doing the bare minimum. Always saying they are sold out of curtain types of bread. Every time you go in now matter the time of day they do not carry soup. Had to leave multiple times to go to other mission locations as they never carry it. Very frustrating considering they are menu items but this location feels they do not to carry it or stay up on making bread. Hope they can do better in the future.

Avoid this location at all costs. Truly horrible experiences both times I’ve tried it over the past two days. They have one employee working only each time I’ve gone. Yesterday there were 6 people infront of me, and it took the girl 50 MINUTES to make their subs and check them out. By the time I got my footlong sub made, it was a full hour I was there. The East Indian lady clearly doesn’t care about how long the line is. She was working at a snail’s pace. I literally wanted to hop behind the counter and start making subs for all the customers because even a senior citizen could have worked faster than that lady. Stupidly enough, I went back today to give it another chance. Nope! Not good. It was a different girl working today, and even though she was speech making my sub, she was gross, and breaking labour hygiene laws. She wore gloves making my sub, but when I mentioned I wanted to make it a combo with 3 cookies, she removed the gloves, and chose 3 cookies out with her BARE hands. That’s not even the worst part. She then proceeds to cough two times without covering her mouth, nor did she cough into her elbow…she coughed on my cookies. Thanks lady, those went straight into the garbage. Will never return here again.
Terrible sandwhich making I ordered online and said more sauce and they put no sauce at all. Not going to order from this location

Avoid this location. . Bread was not fresh. No way it was baked same day. I complained and asked if it was baked this morning, they said yes. I knew this was impossible. The bread was at least a day old. As I was there inquiring, I was by the first section of toppings. Noticing the tomatoes were visibly drying out and aged. The spinach was wilted as well. I should have just asked for a refund right there. I was hungry and had to be back to work shortly. I ate half and took the rest home. I later took it out of the fridge to finish it, but the bread was as hard as a Rock. I will never go to this location again. I have eaten subway my entire life, and never before saw stale, aged, deteriorated crap being served to people. Shame on you subway. At almost $20 for a sandwich, you should do better

Very rude and not knowing how to talk in english staff . I called as they put meat in my veggie sandwich she was telling me first check its your mistake and then after checking from another employee she said what do u want money just come and get …pathetic i do not know how can someone hire such people , forget about customer skills learn to talk man …

Called this afternoon at 1pm to order a 5 sandwich platter for a birthday party for 6pm. Confirmed the store and time. Went to pick up the order and was told they had zero knowledge of the order and when I tried to call the number back I was hung up on twice. Now truly it's not the end of the world and I'll take our business elsewhere. Just very frustrating.

Please pay attention to what the customer asked for. Please don't skimp on vegetables and I don't mean don't give me more than I deserve. Give me the base amount six tomatoes six cucumbers. A decent amount of stuff across the freaking sub for god sakes. Wrap this up tightly please. If you're going to cut it in half don't cut it half in half. Cut it all the way down so the sandwich is cut in half. Otherwise don't bother cutting it at all. Also the bags are $0.25 that paper bag which was needed because my sandwich wasn't wrapped. Also sticker was not used. It was a girl that I've never given a tip and I leave a tip every single time Sunday evening shift this girl with the glasses terrible at making her sub does not care. I wouldn't eat this. I wouldn't make a sub like this for somebody else. I used to work there when I was a teenager. That's my review
