Never gives you the right quantity of meat or veggies. Very cheap. You know we are paying for it right? Why be so cheap and not give people what they paid for?

went in there at 8:45 for a very quick sandwich after my practice. the employees turned me away because they were all done cleaning. they closed in 15 minutes. don’t stay open until 9 if your not making food until 9. the lady was also rude like i had interrupted her phone break 🙄

Worse sub i have ever had!! Stay away and dont waste your time and energy. Placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. It was completely wrong order. Was short of time so couldn’t go back to complain and get a replacement

Picked up a mobile order and went back home to find one of the sandwiches was wrong, no big deal. I ask politely for it to be remade when I come back. The person ahead of me was entirely rude, so I try to be understanding. However, the way I was treated so far beyond inconceivable. She took the incorrect sandwich and roughly tossed it into the garbage, then proceeded to grumpily ask me what was on the sandwich. I recited the sandwich, not forgetting to say please and thank you. Her tone never changed, and when finished, she tossed my finished, moderately burnt sandwich at me. Not one apology, just pure anger at someone who did not express any anger back.

Woman working intentionally punched in multiple extra items, was asked the remove them, said she did but still left extras. When we questioned the total she insisted it was correct. After leaving and doing the math, we went back in to ask for a receipt and there were still extra items added. Had to argue to get the money back. What a joke
Also not sure how you can make a sandwich wrong when the customer is standing in front of you specifying what they'd like on it but somehow they managed. Probably because the woman working was listening to a headset and could barely hear what was being said.
Ice machine was broken and half the sodas were empty on the machine. This place should be shut down.

I ordered off of uber eats and there was not a review portion left there so I’m leaving here instead. I’m adding a photos of what is advertised and then what I received. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki bowl and this was disgusting. The vegetables are wilted and look like they’re about to start rotting. I also ordered a pepperoni and cheese dipper. It only had cheese in it and the bread was stale it was like cardboard.
The person would not listen to what I wanted and I find that the meat now is sliced so thin you can see through it literally.
