Me and my friend came here for the first time and it was an amazing experience. We think this is the best place to eat and it provides good food and customer’s service. Special thanks to miss Savjot 👍😇

Getting stingy on their toppings, constantly have to ask for more.. the workers never smile, never respond when you say thank you. Workers just look like they hate their job, doesn't make it a pleasant experience

Went in today for the first time in years as I always go to the subway near heritage, the first thing I noticed was it smelt really weird in there. I walked up and all the toppings looked like they’d been out for a while, they looked freezer burnt as well. Nothing looked appetizing and then I saw bugs crawling on the glass and near the food, from seeing other reviews I can only assume they were fruit flies. After seeing the bugs I left.

These subs never fail to feed the hunger and satisfy the craving! Their cookies are always fresh! They did ran out of spinach recently but I forgive them because it was only 1 time out of 10! The staff is friendly the place is very clean with a lot of natural light. It is an older version of subway store design, so it does feel like you just went back in time a bit haha!

Absolutely gross, every single table had food residue on it, there's three people behind the counter and not one of them could wipe the tables. Gross and unacceptable.

I ordered 2 sandwiches on app and they were good except for the fact that the meat was not separated; it was simply placed in from a clump the way it comes packaged. That is gross as it does not allow it to separate and warm up properly when being toasted. I watched the next person's pickup order be made the same way. They're not this lazy when you order it in person. Just does not taste right when made this way.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway on June 29 at 8:40 PM.
I ordered a footlong sub and a large drink. When I went to the machine, I selected Mountain Dew—but it wasn’t available. It only dispensed soda water. I informed the staff and asked to switch the drink, since I had already poured it and couldn’t reuse the same cup.
Instead of helping, the staff made me wait a long time just for an empty cup, and then charged me $3 for that cup, even though the issue was clearly not my fault. The drink wasn’t working, and I was just trying to get what I paid for.
This was not a customer mistake—it was their machine issue. Still, they refused to be understanding. Charging extra for something caused by their own store setup is extremely unprofessional and shows poor customer service.
Won’t be returning to this location. Very disappointed.

The lady put ZERO effort into making the sandwiches, the bread was almost hard enough to throw through a window. The smell inside the restaurant was off putting to say the least. Overall BAD experience.

Ordered a grilled sub from the app, picked up got home and it was just toasted not grilled.
I always love to eat at Subway. The various sub Sandwiches they make are delicious, including their vegetarian options. Although the location I was at only had one staff member working the counter during Friday afternoon and therefore the service was slow. Still love eating their food.
Staff spent 10 minutes working on 2 sandwiches for door dash while multiple customers waited in line. Real people waiting and the door dash driver didn't show up for 30 minutes! NO CLUE to customer service!
