Today, the customer service was very rude. We ordered 2 subs on the app, the money was taken from our credit card $20 but they would not make it for us. We are out of pocket $20 and the people working didn't care to help us out. We showed them our receipt but the lady wouldn't even look at it and walked away from me. I asked for the manager but was ignored. I'm very disappointed.

I don't usually leave a review however tonight I had my food made by Nav gill and even alone she was very time efficient, kind and made easily one of the best subs I've had made and im very picky haha thank you! And to the manager thank you for training excellent employees 👏

Never more than one employee during dinner hours, I eat at Subway every other day and this is one of the slowest I have ever been to.. of they can't afford more employees then they should close up shop as there is another subway 2 blocks away and two other sub shops in mission now. I won't bother trying again, to be fair there is a guy that works at this location that is top notch, very friendly and works as fast as possible however he only works weekends now. He is 10/10 but the new staff needs to step up their game

As my regular sub was being prepared, they were skimpy on the ingredients. I understand that they need to make money, but more the six olive slices would have been nice. Bathroom access requires a key from the counter. Had to wipe down our table before eating.

My daughter was there tonight and said the sandwich artist was VERY friendly. Normally in our experience that isn’t the case (different locations), and she loved that he chatted with her and her dad. Her sandwich was great and will be back for sure!
Arvind served my fiancé and I on the May long weekend and it got decently busy, and he stayed so calm and was very professional! I am very happy with the customer service he provided, because of him we will only be coming to this subway in mission now.

The last two time's i had Arvind serve me he is awesome at making sandwiches also he has very good people skills. And is very nice and very funny. Thank u so much Arvind. It would have been all the star's if they had spinach lol. I can't figure out how to do another review so I'm going to add to this one. They are so wonderful Manjot is such a BEAUTIFUL lady and makes me amazing subs and she is very polite and funny but also gave me complements which was so nice thank u for making me awesome subs. You guy's are amazing at that subway i alway's perfer to go there. I really wish u would bring back the potatoes bacon soup i love it.

Well they sold me 3 Gift cards with $20 on each, I paid $60...to find out later that they only loaded one, and I'm assuming they pocketed the other two and gave me cards that weren't actually loaded with anything....they ripped me and my children off , $40 ...brutal, and they aren't doing anything about it, not trying to fix their mistake , nothing!! I have contacted Subway Canada and hope to get a response soon!

Is best subway in mission I will only go here because of the employees. They are absolutely fantastic. Super nice and only make you food that they would eat themselves. This Subway is by far the best in mission. Don't even bother with the other 2. Absolutely. Amazing stuff. Just ask for arvind
