Was at an event catered by Sunflower, and the food was presented well, and tasted better. I had a few favourite dishes; tortillas and guac, the quiche, pumpkin tarts, focaccia bread in shape of skulls with dipping vinegars. The mouse top, blackforest cake dessert(if that’s what it was) with the vampire teeth, delicious! Plus the tapenades and dips also delicious. Recommended!

I attended a Halloween party this past weekend that Sunflower lodge catered and was blown away by the food! Everything tasted so fresh and was to the theme of the party. And the vegetarian lasagna…wow! It was a huge hit! The staff were amazing and friendly. Would definitely recommend them for your next party or event.

I have had lunch and breakfast at the lodge as well I recently attended a party that was catered by them and the food, service, absolutely everything is 5 stars every time. This past weekend at the event that we attended that was catered by sunflower lodge/cafe the food was outstanding! My husband probably ate his weight in the home made tortilla chips and then tried to shake down an employee for the recipe. Haha. We left the part still talking about the food.

Wow! Farm to table in the heart of Heritage Park. Beetroot salad was amazing as was the fish.
Amazing! I had the tasting menu. At $55 for 3 courses this was incredible value considering the quality and portion sizes. Halibut was the standout for sure but really everything was delicious. Service was great, ambience perfect. My experience here was much than better than at the Maple Ridge location.

If you’re planning on coming here definitely give yourself plenty of time, our dinner took over 2 hours when there was maybe 10 other people in the restaurant. Food is presented beautifully but came out cold and bland after waiting an hour alone for the entree’s..

Chanced upon this gem before our road trip. Incredible food, lovely setting, cheerful and attentive staff. Fresh squeezed orange juice, local ingredients and even home grown as the staff said. Charming interior/exterior and we went on a walk among the park before our amazing brunch. 10/10!!

We rented the entire restaurant for a celebration of life lunch after the passing of my father. The farm to table experience was truly delightful! The sweet taste of the tomatoes with the beautiful dressing was amazing. Our family has many dietary restrictions and the owners and staff were so accommodating and kind. We had a special menu for the occasion and everything was so delicious! A big THANK YOU to the Sunflower Lodge!

Insanely good, I love farm to table food. Everything was so fresh. Best buttermilk pancakes of my life, crispy and light and the butter was INSANE. Also had an omelette, eggs Benny and thick cut bacon, which were also delicious. But the pancakes with butter. I’m going to dream about those. I’d love to try a pasta dish that features their butter.
