Caught all the staff there had repeat myself 4 or 5 times I didn't understand my english and then when it came to giving me my change, I thought she was gonna pull her socks and shoes off and use her toes to count I mean, you'd think that simple addition might be part of the.Criteria to have the job, but I guess not any more.Never go to a tim hortons again.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I asked for a cup of cold water and was charged for hot water, which makes no sense. As someone who also works at Tim Hortons, I know customers can get a free cup of cold water, and charging for hot water in this case is completely wrong. The staffβs attitude was unprofessional, and the whole interaction felt frustrating. This is not how customer service should be, and I left feeling very dissatisfied.

lmao iv gone in 5 times to get a pizza and have been rejected all 5 times. they seem to run out of flatbread around 4 pm, and then they shut their ovens off at 8. you have to get there early in the morning, prime time pizza hours!

Horrible location I've seen the diversity go down so much none of the staff speak proper English so can hardly understand them. Staff can't say please thank you your welcome no manners whatsoever its disgusting as a customer who been a customer for over 20 years I also see they only hire specific race and I don't support discrimination personally as I prefer service which means manners respect can't complain without getting dirty looks from the staff and can you please advise staff to shower and wear hygiene under the armpits like come on man or supply it to them makes me wanna throw up. You really need to teach staff how to show respect as customer service is not just handing foΓ²d its also being polite and not being rude to them. I'd like to see diversity too not just one race more than variety as I need someone whom speaks English fluent only 1 or 2 can. Dirty restaurant. Staff on they phones. Poor manners they push to get you out asap and are kind only to own people which I find racist as I've never received politeness from staff here at this location anymore.
