Got charged double for 2 double double coffees. It wasn't busy & the service was just bad in general. Avoid this location as much as possible.

This is the third time I have seen a fly on the donuts at Tim Hortons twice on first street Mission BC location and once at the London ave location, it disgusting and even though I have spoken with the manager nothing has been done about it, I don't take this review lightly as I don't want to affect someone's business but I have taken it up with managment before and it seemed they could care less so why should I? it's unsanitary and could spread disease, I hope something will be done about this sooner rather than later.

Stopped going here, Frozen lemonaid machines are down most of the time, soups are not made or kept up. Continually missing soups and baked goods early in the afternoon. The service has gone way down hill, and the cleanliness is atroshish. Dirt on the floors tables rarely cleaned, majorly understaffed. The current owners are not interested in customer service like a few years ago and the past owners.

Probably the cleanest and most inviting Tim Hortons I've ever been to in all of my travels within Canada. The flow of the store is well thought of if you're in and out for a coffee. This is a sit down location!

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I asked for a simple tea latte order, I picked up the order, luckily checked the tea in the parking lot, it was a black tea. I went and asked for replacement and the second time they filled my cup only half full, added huge amount of sugar. I dint bother getting it replaced the third time. Utterly disappointed, the staff has no sense of responsibility here. I will never return to this location.
