I went to the Mission Tim Hortons (Cedar Valley location) during the night shift, and I was completely disappointed with the behavior of one of the female employees working at the drive-thru. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a Habanero Chicken Wrap, she replied in a very harsh tone, “We don’t have that.” I politely said, “Pardon?” because I didn’t hear her properly, and instead of repeating politely, she rudely snapped, saying “I SAID NO LOADED!” Her tone and attitude were totally unacceptable for someone working in customer service. There was no courtesy, no patience, and absolutely no professionalism in the way she handled the order. I wasn’t being rude or demanding — I simply asked a normal question and got attitude in return. It felt like she didn’t want to take my order at all and was frustrated just for doing her job. I go to Tim Hortons regularly, and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience before. The management seriously needs to look into how their night staff treats customers, because this kind of behavior drives people away.

I don't usually leave reviews for anything, but I felt I had to this time. There is a girl named Era who works at this location. She helped me when I was having trouble at the counter with my Tim's gift card. I had a paper with a scanner on it, and she assisted me in transferring the balance to a physical card, even though she was working in the drive-thru. She came over and helped me at the counter; she was very kind and calm. Thanks to her and to all the staff.

This Tim Hortons is on my driving route so easy to pick up something from, but it has gone down hill. A bit ago I found clumps of fuzzy sponge or a knotted up hairball or something in my bagel and cream cheese. 🤢I took a break from going there and then after two months decided maybe it was just a bad day for them and they picked a bagel off the floor to make the drive thru times quick? Idk, really it was disgusting. So I went again only to have a long black hair in my bagel (not the colour of my hair either). 🤢Wow what is going on there. So again I took a break and then my co workers asked if I could pick up something on the way so I ordered a cheese pizza/flatbread for myself thinking well it’s not a bagel so no fuzz or hair right? Wrong. I’m vegetarian and they gave me a full meat pizza! And all these times it’s a drive thru, so by the time I find out I’m not near by to return it or exchange etc; everything just goes in the garbage. I won’t be going back. The quality is ridiculous there. I’ve given you too many chances obviously, just thinking back I want to throw up.
Ordered a medium French vanilla to go, when I get to my destination I took the lid off to let it cool only to see my cup was only half filled.

The staff here are so nice. They're always sweet to my dogs, and when my car stalled in the drive thru the crew came out to push my van to safety. I couldn't say nicer words about the staff.

Worst experience at Tim Hortons last night. I was standing in the drive-thru for so long and no one even responded. When they finally did, the staff were rude and unprofessional. They were left with only a few donuts and bagels, and when I asked for an everything bagel, the staff member said . We just have different bagels.if you want to take you can take, otherwise u can just have something else. Completely disappointed, not what I expect from Tim Hortons. If I could give zero stars, I would.
