I was waiting in front of line for like 16 minutes standing there waiting to be asked what I’d like I even try to get their attention but they only served people in the drive thru (cause they can multi task and DoorDash) standing so long shouldn’t really take this long and I’m kinda disappointed for a “Fast” food restaurant

I work nearby and eat here far to often to admit to for breakfast or lunch. Lots of great deals in the app usually. The staff/managers have been great and know me by name when I walk in. Food is usually on point. It's pretty clean usually which is something I tend to notice.

The reason for this bad review is the lack of professionalism from the staff, who failed to follow basic procedures when opening the store. I arrived at 8 a.m. and ordered my food, everything was fine at first. However, when I tried to use the washroom, both the men’s and universal washroom doors were locked. I went to the counter and asked for access. Despite there being three employees working, I was made to wait about three minutes before someone came to unlock the doors. When a store opens, all facilities should be ready for customers at the same time. It’s frustrating and disappointing to experience such neglect, especially when you’re not feeling well and simply need quick access to the washroom.
