I went through the drive through and I ordered 3 English muffins. When I got them they we're like rocks and they taste terrible, the eggs where rotten. don't get the English muffin 711 makes a way better English muffin. .But the French toast sticks were good

It's very hot inside and the air conditioning isn't working. I ordered two simple sandwiches and waited 10 minutes for them, then it turned out that I received Double JBC with only one cutlet as if that wasn't enough,I received several pieces of disposable paper tissues on a tray,because they were not available in the designated place, so I had to ask every time I haven't seen such disorganization in any Wendy's for a long time.

I recently visited a Wendy’s location that left me seriously disappointed. Despite being a brand-new building with a perfectly functioning A/C system, the owner had the air conditioning turned off — apparently just to save a few dollars.
The result? Staff were visibly uncomfortable working in the heat, and customers like myself had to sit and eat in an uncomfortably hot environment. It’s unacceptable to prioritize cost-cutting over the well-being of both employees and guests.
This kind of negligence reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand. I hope this issue is looked into and resolved quickly for the sake of everyone who works at and visits this location.

If your hungry I suggest go elsewhere. Food was okay with a burger and soggy fries. Although I was alone in the dining room the problem was I was it took forever to get served and make my meal. Almost 15 min. Second issue was not only listening to the crappy country music blaring out but this women behind the counter talking nonstop and loud in some foreign language Go to the drive thru next time.

Been here 3 times. Everytime I have to take food back with stale cold fries. After reading reviews it seems it’s a pretty standard here. Doubt I’ll bother coming back to this location, re-training and better management seems like it’d be appropriate at this location.
