My mom and I order from here all the time on DoorDash and there’s usually never an issue aside from a forgotten item from time to time but today I figured I’d try the new bacon portabella mushroom melt baked potato thinking “oh cute and fun.” It looked good. Anyway, it arrives and I eat half of it only to notice this foul taste in my mouth; and as it turns out, the potato was literally moldy. I’m actually so disgusted 😭 pls Wendy’s do better. I’m not one to complain or write negative reviews (or any tbh) but please for the love of god check your products before you serve them and make sure they’re yanno… not moldy 😭😭

Consistently below average fast food. Out of the 5~ times visited, not once the fries were remotely warm. Would conclude most of the food here has been sitting under a food lamp for hours; at least that is what it tastes like. Service is decent and the inside is clean at least

I generally find Wendy's to be pretty reliable for standard fast food. This location - Outlook Village in Mission BC- gets 1 star for politeness and communication, 1 star for getting the order right, zero for food quality: cold, messy, nearly indigestible. The other location at Mission Junction is worth a try, 3 mins away.

Started working a drive through order half way into make my order which was only 2 burgers and sides. 4 - 5 employees working, only us ordering food. One car in drive through and no one could be bothered with picking up the garbage off the ground in their kitchen area. Manager couldn’t care either. Other location must be better as they set the bar very low when it comes to common sense and standards.

Stopped by Wendy’s expecting basic courtesy and efficiency, but the experience was disappointing. No smile, no greeting, no sense of welcome at all. The staff looked unhappy to be there and didn’t acknowledge customers

First time having breakfast at Wendy's and heard good things. Needed a bite before work and didnt have many options in a crunch. Went in optimistic. Got a bacon and egg muffin, added tomato and lettuce. The thing is... id give them more than 1 star in any other circumstance cuz the wedges are good, coffee not bad. But the level of disappointment was too much to bear, absolutely devastating. Sandwich wrapper said bacon and egg add tomato and lettuce... THEY LEFT OUT THE BACON! Absolutely heartbreaking.
