Ordered and paid for drive thru; 2 double garlic mushroom burgers, 2 double JBC, 3 large fries, and a med fries. Waited approx 10min for "new" fries, got home to find we received 2 single garlic mushroom burgers that looked as though they'd been sat on and fry containers half full. Consistently having problems with accuracy and quality of orders through drive thru. At almost $10 for one of these burgers and over $4 for a large fries, I expect better. Normally I'd have gone back to have the order fixed, however it was late and I had hungry kids. Not sure I'll be back to this location, seems to be getting worse. Maximizing your food cost by ripping people off, not okay. And doing so in the drive thru knowing most people won't notice immediately, shameful.

Best Wendy's location around. Do they occasionally make a mistake? Of course, we're all human. My fries are always hot, and the staff is generally very friendly. Maybe the 1 star reviews need to relax. It's fast food, not fine dining.

Been to this location a few times and everytime there is issues with my orders. Today was my last time going there, I ordered a spicy chicken wrap and one bite in I noticed the chicken was half raw. Spat it out and right into the garbage, hoping I don’t get sick from it ?. Highly recommend going to a different location if you’red craving Wendy’s in the mission area.

Wendy's sandwiches are good ..my pet peeve is they always on purpose forget to give you napkins and I always remind them ..they are really annoying as the wanna save mo ey not giving you napkins and if you ask them about it than they skimp on the fries or give you all ice I. Your drink and very little lemonade ...
after ordering at the drivethru and repeating it 2 times to the worker and waiting for about 10-15 min to get to the last window to pay (there was one car infront of me) be then asked me to repeat my order 2 more times at the window and then was told to pull to the parking lit while everyone else after me got their food at the window i ordered one burger and still waited a total of 25 min just to get my burger while multiple cars passed trough and got their food with little to no wait

I’ve been to this location three times, all three times they have messed up my order. The first time I went back in and they said they would fix it with a new burger that had no tomatoes. I got my ‘fixed’ burger with tomatoes. The second time they missed a burger in my order and so I called for a credit and they gave it to me. The most recent time I got two regular snack wraps, they gave me spicy instead. The chicken had a lot of gristle and it was to the point I couldn’t even eat it. I didn’t realize until I was already home, I tried calling to get a credit and they were just answering the phone and then hanging up. The staff here are incompetent and can’t do their jobs, wouldn’t recommend this location.

I called them to see if I can get a job and they hung up multiple times and when they finally talked to me they laughed at me and said they will call 911 from me trying to get a job!!!! They suck never go there and the food is disgusting

It was a bit of a wait for my order and that's alright I'm a patient guy, but the staff were kind and asked if I wanted anything for the wait. They gave me a complimentary small dessert:)
