Honestly I have lived in mission for almost 10 years. My wife, myself and kids have lived from Vancouver to mission. We used the love going to white spot but we cannot go to that location any longer. The servers are great by the way but the food is not consistent. The beef dip meat is bone dry The quesadilla is greasy overly The chick wings are over done black in the ends The Cobb buttermilk salad is not Constant
I challenge you to go after 4pm or 5pm The manager for the floor is lost but pleasant
We had to ask for side plates and napkins and more water. The manager brought the plates and asked Do you need anything else ? We said yes napkins and more water She is pleasant but not on top of it
I challenge you to go the Abbotsford or maple ridge or port kells.
Send someone around to inspect the food and service?
I challenge you to make that a successful location or for god sakes I offer to buy it and turn it around.
I cannot believe that place you have to try tile food at other locations and then go there.
The ambiance is nice and it’s very modern but the food is not made western style. It’s slapped together at that location.
I challenge you to make it better. I want my white spot back. The only restaurant my wife and family want to go to is sub standard. Do something about it. Don’t turn into another incompetent corporation.
The restaurant is always a quarter full.
The evening manager argued there are no kids milk shakes as we always order one or 2.
And then said this is the last time we will be able to order it through the server ? Help yourselves.
You are one of the best restaurants and you are letting this location die from bad leadership !

I didn't know that when I asked for extra sauce that the burger would come drowned in it. I asked for extra sauce on both burgers I ordered, but got over triple the sauce on one and none on the other. So much sauce that I had to scrape it off to make it edible. Total waste of money and gross to eat. First and last time eating at this location.

All was good until we went to pay. Got a urgent call and to leave quickly. Paid my bill. At my vehicle a server came running out saying my payment was declined which I was sure it didn't, paid again and ( I should have checked my bank account first) checked my account. The first attempt was successful. Now in the store the manager only wanted the reimbursement as a gift card . Finally after a scene was made did she agree to refund our extra payment. Being from Edmonton we won't be back at this White Spot. We love white spot food will visit other locations on our trip back in 2 weeks

Went in for weekend brunch it was the worst experience ever. Service was slow and the orders were mixed up.. our server only came by 3 times in 2 hours take the order, bring coffee the first time, and bring the check(after we asked )... exposed brought the food and another staff member brought us one coffee refill.. food orders were all mixed up and much was cold. Of 6 orders 5 were wrong. My wife got half an egg shell in her over done poached eggs.
Not what you expect from White Spot usually pretty standard and predictable for breakfast. BUT not the branch won't be back..
Ps My brother who was with us gave it a shot the following week and reported it was just as bad..

This is the $5 fruit salad.
Had to cook the hash browns, they were raw and in the frying pan so no picture.
This is my son's strawberry and whip cream waffle??? They forgot the toppings. Waffle is nearly brunt if not overcooked and dry anyways.
The sandwich was correct.
Also ordered eggs over easy and got scrambled
No condiments for toast...
Bill was over $80 for 3 unhappy people .
Total crap.
Absolute crap, manager was dispondant and hard to understand.

Went there for breakfast, I feel like the price for what you get isn't that great, aswell the toast was barely toasted. There isn't very many options in the breakfast menu. The service was good but the food was okay.

Just not acceptable. $81.00 1/2 order missing... no smashbrowns, no syrup, no whip cream, no strawberries. Usually they just forget the fruit salad.Rotton pineapple... some quality control please. Happy to charge over $ 4.00 if you add as a side, but often forgotten. Too bad photos don't load. Polite staff, but enough already. Our order has not been right in a long time. No I dint want to drive back, wait for a new order. I wanted it right the first time. Im out the food I ordered and your out a customer. Congratulations !
