Update: I usually only leave good reviews, but the club sandwich was the worst I've ever had. Since it's 21 bucks for a sandwich, I figured I should let people know. It was the turkey (tasteless deli meat) and the bacon (no bacon flavor to it, just old grease) that were the worst parts of it.

Historically the service here has always been poor. Constantly short-staffed it seems?
When dining in, food commonly takes almost an hour to arrive, leading to a near hunger mutiny from the kids. Only reason we keep coming back is because our toddler loves pirate packs.
If you’re ordering take-out, always go through the entire bag before you leave. Guaranteed something will be missing.

Ordered the fish and chips and unfortunately the fish was mostly batter with absolutely little fish in it. I wouldn't recommend ordering their cod. Very disappointed I hope they read this and finally change it. They were the smallest cod pieces I have ever seen and they were overcooked! Bigger portions of fish are needed

I ate at mission white spot many times. Today I ordered the same southwest chicken queesadia. Apparently they stopped using breast meat and changed to thighs. It was gross and hard and I almost Vomited. I will never eat there again. My wifes fries were under cooked also..Bob Harwood. Mission

Nov 8th Our waitress was pleasant but the problem was we ordered Spiked Soda and it was very unbalanced tasted like tonic water and it was very sour there was little to no slush. We asked for more slush as my mom and I said it tasted horrible and sour.. the waitress came back saying it was a $2 up charge for extra slush. I sent mine back but my mom being easy going paid the $2. I was never asked if I wanted a diffent drink etc. After the meal which wasn't great either, burger was a little under cooked. Medium rare in middle. I talked with the waitress. Turns out she was 17 so couldn't pour our drinks and the bartender said that is how the drink is made. Lol I was a bartender at Earls for several years and have worked in the service industry. So the way it was handled, I will never come back to this location. I go to Maple Ridge location and it is fantastic in comparison. Now I know why this place was so dead on Friday night.

We had dinner tonight my husband ordered the steak, which says mashed potatoes (which he didn't get) he ordered the mushrooms as a side which he received. He asked for a salad as a side. We asked the waitress about the potatoes which she replied you got a salad so you don't get potatoes..to say this was a White Spot disappointment is an understatement. This is the last time visiting the Mission restaurant. Maple Ridge is much better.
I ordered a Legendary with bacon and cheese. My wife ordered a Legendary chicken burger. She got a cheeseburger. I got a legendary with cheese and bacon that was both burnt and crunchy and had raw chunks of fat in it. My son ordered strawberry ice cream and they bought him vanilla. It was almost as if the service staff was mentally checked out. The manager was great and comped our desert but overall it was a less than awesome experience.

I order via door dash, delivery went smooth but the sandwich was horrible and I would be embarrassed to serve what they send me. I ordered a club sandwich. Burnt bacon, no triple O sauce on it, barely any lettuce. I spent $30 total in it. This spot location should be torn down, it’s terrible inside too smells dirty and old.

Service was very slow from our server Manisha.We waited a long time for our appies and zoo sticks were only slightly warm. The meal was wrong when it finally came. Our son ordered a chicken burger and got a beef burger. The fish was over cooked and very hard. We asked for several things that we never received, some vinegar refills on pop and coffee came after we were finished. Very disappointing for White Spot

Waited for over 20 minutes to get served after sitting as a tow truck driver i am hard pressed for time it is very limited for me to break 3 waitress walking buy me I probably won't go back as I've found with this location there is only one good waitress most the time I'm choking on my food with an empty cup sad realy
