“Worst customer service in a restaurant that I have ever received. My family found this restaurant just a few months back. We have visited quite frequently as we all love Chinese food. The wonton soup is the best I have ever had. we always eat-in and spend at least $100 every single visit. After last night's visit, we will not be returning. We always order the same items, last night the ginger beef was so overcooked it was not edible. When the server asked how everything was we told her about the ginger beef. The owner Amy then came over and told us "that's how we do it". In the last few months I have eaten this dish about 8 times, and I told Amy I have ordered this dish everytime and this is not how it comes out. Amy then told me if I wanted to chew it, I have to tell them when I order it, I said well of course I want to be able to chew my food. We debated back and forth for a few minutes about how she wasn't going to take the dish back and refund our bill for the item. She then said ok let me go talk to the cook, which is her husband. She came back and said " No, we will not do anything as the cook said "that's how he cooks it." We have never complained about any item before this happened. I was absolutely shocked about how they handled this. Very unprofessional. They lost very good customers over something that could have been settled very easily.“
