I ran in to grab a drink and ordered a lemonade. I was happy to wait but after waiting for 8 minutes I was told they were sold out of lemonade. No solution was given to me so I suggested an iced tea, no refund was offered although the lemonade was considerably pricier. I then watched as everyone else was served before me to receive a small iced green tea that I effectively paid 8$ for. I am very disappointed with the lack of help as I would be very understanding to the change if I had felt assisted by the staff.

Had great service from the three ladies there today! Handled the busy line really well.
I got a chai with gingerbread (was highly recommended!) and husband got gingerbread mocha and shared an almond croissant straight from the oven. So good!!

I got a chai latte—it was horrible! Super sugary and really terrible compared to other locations. The staff were super friendly though but bad coffee and drinks. It was almost $8 down the drain. It’s a bummer because the Vancouver locations are usually great.

The parfait they sold me tasted like it sat without refrigeration. The fruit had a fermented taste, and the yogurt was warm. The girls behind the counter were very loud about their personal lives. Unprofessional and disappointing.

The chocolate croissant was incredible; warm with a gooey chocolate center, perfectly fresh and flaky. The matcha latte was also excellent, not overly sweet (which I really appreciated). When my drink was made in the wrong size by accident, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, fixing it right away without hesitation.

We also tried the chicken club sandwich, which was delicious! It was juicy, fresh chicken with bread that tied everything together perfectly.

Overall, a great spot for tasty food and drinks, especially convenient for travelers waiting long hours for the BC Ferries.

Nice to see a non-Starbucks with more variety and staff with a smile so early in the morning. Enjoyed my latte and the blueberry muffin was great!
