Artigiano Departure Bay

The chocolate croissant was incredible; warm with a gooey chocolate center, perfectly fresh and flaky. The matcha latte was also excellent, not overly sweet (which I really appreciated). When my drink was made in the wrong size by accident, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, fixing it right away without hesitation.

We also tried the chicken club sandwich, which was delicious! It was juicy, fresh chicken with bread that tied everything together perfectly.

Overall, a great spot for tasty food and drinks, especially convenient for travelers waiting long hours for the BC Ferries.

Waited longer for my one drink than it took the two people ahead of me and the group of 5 behind me to get all their drinks and food. This “large” is $8 and it’s the size of a medium anywhere else.

Stopped in for a quick coffee while waiting for our ferry to Vancouver and everything about this place was amazing! The service was 10/10 our barista (i unfortunately never got their name) was so friendly, bubbly, and had such a verse knowledge on coffee! I got an iced vanilla latte and it was truly delicious! So convenient that it right at the terminal it makes it my go to stop before leaving the island 🫶🏻

Wow do they get busy down here!
Got a delicious pumpkin loaf and ordered a spanish latte that they recommended and was phenomenal. They are non stop all day long and still keep their cool!

I'm pretty picky about my coffee, and this was the best latte I had in BC so far.

Coffee was pristine, perfect service, had a problem with my latte and the manager corrected immediately and was super friendly about it. Best customer service I’ve received in a while, Starbucks could never. Really happy that they’re open later so I can get a coffee before my late commutes!!
