Artigiano Departure Bay

Thanks to our very friendly man at the till, Lochlan. Great energy and heard him ask multiple customers about their travels. Had to leave a review!

I'm pretty picky about my coffee, and this was the best latte I had in BC so far.

Coffee was pristine, perfect service, had a problem with my latte and the manager corrected immediately and was super friendly about it. Best customer service I’ve received in a while, Starbucks could never. Really happy that they’re open later so I can get a coffee before my late commutes!!

The sign said more stars and less bucks, but I miss Starbucks tea a lot. The English Breakfast tea at Artigiano Departure Bay was very weak even after I squished the tea bag in the water many times. Part of it was the water wasn't very hot. The server was not happy when I told her. Worse tea I've ever had. Starbucks tea is hot, and they give two tea bags for a large cup at no extra cost. The sign should apply to Starbucks. Come back!

What attitude from the baristas. If you don’t like your job just QUIT!

Delicious chai tea latte

I love that Artigiano’s has moved into the Nanaimo Departure Bay Kiosk! Excellent coffees and snacks to go. After arriving in downtown Vancouver, stopped into the Hornby Street location for another coffee, I won’t be going back to that other coffee chain company after this.

i dont know anout food or anything but you guys should update your phon number in google map plus other food ordering apps asi waited in lobby to pickup an order and tried calling many times to bring the food at lobby as the ferry terminal customer sercvice area doesn’t allow anyone pass without a ticket, at last i had to call uber and they canceled my order.Thanks.

Does not open on time. If you aren’t open at 5:30 am then change your hours…

The flavor, the presentation and the attention of the place are incredible!!!

Service was great, Coffee was very good, but the cheese and pastry was expensive ( 7dollars someting) for getting ham only in half of it and such a small piece...

I was really looking forward to trying the chai at this coffee shop, but it was an absolute disappointment. The "specialty" chai was nothing more than hot water and milk completely flavorless, with no hint of spice or tea. It felt like they didn't even try. For a place that advertises specialty drinks, this was far below any reasonable expectation. I won't be coming back for chai here anytime soon.

$11.50 for a drip coffee and stale, hard croissant at 7:30am....how and why are they serving old croissants at 7:30AM.?? Friendly service but come on.

I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they refused to make an americano because they were closing soon.

If you close at 6, that means you’re closed at 6 - not 5:55.

Disappointing since I normally love Artigiano.

Great cup of coffee. I really needed it and the service was fast and efficient. I can’t remember the gals name behind the bar, but when she saw me in my uniform repeatedly glancing at my watch, she must have figured I was running behind. She quickly got my stuff together and eased my stress. Great service.
Also, the bathroom was very clean
