Ridiculously expensive for average coffee
Drinks and sweets were good, tasty and served in good shape. A bit pricey though. Staff were nice and patient. Location is inside a shopping square and hard to find sitting area. If you have to wait for your sailing, it's an option to treat yourself during waiting time.

Would not normally review a quick little coffee pit stop, but... this is well deserved. Nanaimo Ferry Terminal (slightly hidden). Sweet lady gave great service, but this is ALL about the coffee. As a coffee fanatic, BEST COFFEE I think I have ever had! And NOT expensive at all (although I can only speak for the coffee as that is all I had). Need to look into what coffee bean they use and see if available for home purchase.

It’s a coffee shop in a ferry terminal. You are paying more due to location.
The snacks are ok. Sandwiches, muffins etc. but over priced. The coffee is good, I have no complaints and the service was friendly and fast. If nothing else you can get a hot cup of good coffee.

I had seen the reviews and was put off. But the coffee was perfectly fine. A little expensive but otherwise okay.

Price are a bit higher but coffee ☕️ was really good and the lady there very nice ??.
Ridiculous pricing, Bought two kids hot chocolates (size of a small tea cup), a medium vanilla latte (tasted awful), and a large drip coffee and it was $19 dollars and change and still promoted for a tip lol. Cookies were $6 lol. Healthy profit margins here no doubt.I think small businesses forget that there is a line in which people are willing to support them. 20% more than a big chain? Maybe. But not $4 for a drip coffee.Stop somewhere before you get to the ferry terminal.

Iced americano was amazing. The only place to get a nanaimo bar in the market. Service was amazing.

Limited, yes. But it's the only option in the market.
Got the "gourmet" hot chocolate. I tossed it after 2 sips. Probably ranks amongst the worst I've had. Literally no flavor to it at all.

Overpriced for what it is . Service is okay, food not so good
I ordered a large mocha while waiting for my ferry. The woman working there brightened my long day of traveling with her friendliness and smile. I did not wait long for my drink - (nor was there a line at the time), but I won’t mind if I need to in the future. The chocolate was rich, not overly sweet, and melded perfectly with the espresso. On my first sip I was taken aback by the perfect milk foam. The ratio of milk/chocolate/espresso was also excellent - not overly milky like you will find some places as the size of your beverage goes up.
