I stopped for lunch when travelling on business. When I looked at my receipt, there was GST charged but no GST # on the receipt. When I asked for it I was told the owner would call me with it. Rita then called me and proceeded to refuse and tell me it’s her personal information. I explained the law around this and that if I didn’t get the number I’d be forced to call the CRA. She blew her top at this suggestion. After I talked her down, she said she’d have her accountant call me. She later called me back with the number.
I will add that her manager Dayana was very helpful and pleasant through this process. The sandwich was good.
Kind of hard to sell this for $16.50 and call it a hot Philly. To say your meal will be disappointing is an understatement. Nothing against the people working at this location specifically, they just prepare the food. My “beef” is with whoever thought this would be a good idea to serve people food is this quality.
The Mac n cheese has a very odd taste. Almost like there’s cinnamon in it? Or some seasoning that doesn’t belong.
The intention of this post is to bring awareness to how absolutely mid this food is. Nothing against the service whatsoever. Nice people, very, very mid level food. Would work if you were absolutely starving, and everything else was closed. But you would be better off not to eat at that point.

Line went fast and the veggie sandwich was delicious the arugula was fresh and the bread and toppings were fresh to. Atmosphere is the only 3 star because it is in a ferry terminal but easiest the freshest and most affordable and most delicious option in the terminal. Highly recommend you try the Chachis pickles mmmmm

I asked the staff here for one of their bagel sandwiches to be made on the gluten free bun, as their menu says they carry gluten free buns, the cashier said “we can’t do that, because it’s a bagel.” - which obviously sounds ridiculous.. she then grabbed her supervisor who also told me they can’t do it, but they could IF I was okay that they charged me $5 on top of the sandwich price and the $2 gluten free fee.?? $7 more for a sandwich to be gluten free.
“It’s policy” wow

Grabbed the Chicken Bahn Mi while waiting on ferry. Sandwich was really flavourful. Nice and toasted warm fresh loaf. Loads of chicken and nicely dressed with veg and sauce. Would have again in a heartbeat. Service was quick and friendly.
