This is the third and last time I go to this kfc
Again not prepared for the dinner run went there just to be told they had no chicken why be open. Went to mary browns and got fresh salads and good chicken that had rested and wasn't greasy if you want chicken avoid the kfc in north nanaimo

Food is fine. It's KFC--you know what you're getting.Service is usually good. They always seem overwhelmed, but that could just be their hussle. The app is horrible and never seems to work right, but all of the deals are tied to the app. That's not this store's fault, and I'm not taking away a star for it, but KFC corporate needs to get that fixed so I can have a reliable app experience.

I normally don’t post bad reviews. I think business owners should care about their customers. I went through the drive and ordered two piece chicken meal. I’ve never had KFC that was this greasy. The owner of this KFC should read these reviews and fix this because I will never eat here again. This is ridiculous. I enjoy KFC and this is the first time I’ve been to this location in Nanaimo and it was a bad experience. It’s obvious that whomever is cooking the chicken does...
