Food is fine. It's KFC--you know what you're getting.Service is usually good. They always seem overwhelmed, but that could just be their hussle. The app is horrible and never seems to work right, but all of the deals are tied to the app. That's not this store's fault, and I'm not taking away a star for it, but KFC corporate needs to get that fixed so I can have a reliable app experience.

I normally don’t post bad reviews. I think business owners should care about their customers. I went through the drive and ordered two piece chicken meal. I’ve never had KFC that was this greasy. The owner of this KFC should read these reviews and fix this because I will never eat here again. This is ridiculous. I enjoy KFC and this is the first time I’ve been to this location in Nanaimo and it was a bad experience. It’s obvious that whomever is cooking the chicken does...

Just had great experience at the KFC in Nanaimo. The drive thru teller Simon was professional, friendly, and very funny. He provided great service and totally made me laugh. He made sure my order was perfect before I left! Thank you!
