Just left the Nanaimo location after ordering one single $5 burrito, so I could have a snack on my drive home after work. I waited 36 minutes for this burrito. THIRTY. SIX. MINUTES. It didn't even seem that busy, but I could have driven to ANY grocery store, grabbed food, and made it home to cook it in that same amount of time. For the price, the portion sizes were much smaller than expected. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the tables still weren’t clean. Service was slow, and no one asked whether we were dining in or taking out, which led to our food being packed in a take‑out bag even though we were staying. The fries looked heavily seasoned, but they were extremely bland, and the cheese sauce served with them left an off taste.
