Absolutely the best, most authentic Chinese food in the area. I was introduced to the restaurant by a former employer, who is from mainland China herself. I’ve been a Chinese food fan for over 50 yrs- and I can’t think I’ve ever had a better meal than the ones I’ve enjoyed at Rhythm. We got eggplant with egg tofu and beef stir fry with flat noodles. Both dishes were spectacular.
The eggplant was cooked perfectly - the crispy edges were an excellent contrast to the eggplant’s soft meat. The sauce that the dish came with was also excellent.
