They attended me very well, it was very nice my stay at this hotel, my room clean and comfortable, I feel very happy to have chosen them, thanks for the wonderful attention mainly to Scott at the reception was very cordial and very warm your attention, I leave happy.
i enjoy rickys food breakfeast and dinners. however sadly my experience last night was old and cold fries and my roomie did not get her dipping au jous sauce for her meal. i still love rickys food but perhaps double check orders to avoid such mistakes.

Our server was awesome. He (unfortunately, I can't remember his name) went over the top to look after our party (5).
Food was, of course, amazing. We loved the specials menu.
What else can we say. We drove down from Courtenay to meet friends from Shawnagin Lake.
This was our 3rd time here, and look forward to many more.
