Just today received my order from St. Jean’s and had the Black Cod (Sablefish) for dinner tonight. Wow. So fresh and flavourful. Ordered on Sunday and it arrived here in Ontario on Wednesday-still perfectly frozen. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to put one of those Sockeye sides on the grill this weekend. I will be ordering again for sure!
Dropped off our salmon catch at St. Jean’s in Campbell River and 6 weeks later picked up a box of smoked salmon at their Nanaimo location. Great service, great packaging and yummy product!
I actually bought two sets of the photographed which means each set contained: the trio + one extra candied smoked salmon + the Gratitude branded smoked salmon as well.
One set was for my husband who has never tasted candied smoke salmon, and the other for my grandmother in Prague who previously lived in British Columbia for many years.
