Just today received my order from St. Jean’s and had the Black Cod (Sablefish) for dinner tonight. Wow. So fresh and flavourful. Ordered on Sunday and it arrived here in Ontario on Wednesday-still perfectly frozen. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to put one of those Sockeye sides on the grill this weekend. I will be ordering again for sure!
