Friendly people. Relaxing atmosphere. One of my favorite places

We go there all the time when we're riding our bikes downtown or walking our dogs. Always fantastic customer service and delicious drinks, we either get the hot chocolate, specialty teas or Italian soda ...all very very good! :)

Hands down the best Dirty Chai Latte I have ever had. I highly recommended this coffee shop.

I ordered 3 fruit smoothies and asked for a tray. After given the tray with the drinks I left, just as I got out of the door the drinks bumped and one fell to the ground. I cleaned up the mess ( not going to leave it there ) and went back inside to get a new smoothie and a new trey. When I got to the till I asked for a napkin ask I was covered in smoothie and said I would need another smoothie. She rung up another smoothie in the till and passed me the card reader to tap my card again. I just looked at her and said I can’t get me card or anything until I have something to clean my hands. She just walked away. A customer that witnessed the whole thing grabbed me some napkins and said I should not be paying for another drink when they did not secure them properly. I just cleaned my hands tapped my card and waited for my other smoothie. Not one’s did they say anything to me. The service was terrible and unfriendly. I won’t be back.

The perfect way to start your day in Nanaimo! That first sip put me in a great mood that lasted all morning. Perfectly crafted coffee, cozy atmosphere, and a spot that clearly takes its craft seriously. Right on Commercial Street in the heart of the Arts District — easy to find, hard to leave. Highly recommend! ☕

The place is 😎.Coolio. I likes the bathroom sign by the back wall. Check it out when you go talk to the coolest barista's in Nanaimo! Lol
Seriously.....had asked for directions today.....I'm from Windsor Ontario.....they totally helped me out with building markers and exact corners to turn. AWSOME!!!
Excellent prices and quality products. Coffee is ......well.coffee.....but it's gotta be hottt and fresh!

My family visited Nanaimo during recent trip to Vancouver. Before checking out of our hotel, we stopped by this café for coffee, an egg salad sandwich, and a bagel, and everything was delicious. More than anything, we loved the warm and cozy atmosphere with beautiful Christmas decorations. The staff were very friendly, and thank you so much for giving the kids jelly as well.

Amazing place to try Nanaimo bars. We were there on a public holiday but the cafe was open and they serve really yummy Nanaimo bars. The ambience is cool with large glass windows to sit by and relax with a commercial street view. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
