This bakery/cafe has a decent amount of selections, ranging from sweet to savoury. I had a Cheese Stick and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. The Chocolate Chip Cookies here are the dry, hard variety, as opposed to soft and chewy kind. I don’t mind that, but I just found these to be a bit too sweet. We always stop for rye bread and cheese sticks while passing though Nanaimo, easy access off the bypass via Northfield Rd. Both are still very good, but note reduced Covid hours. Sadly the deli section is closed, but there is still a great selection of pastries and cookies
