ordered Philly melt beef was thick and chewy almost choked on it not edible they should have shaved it thin had to remove hot peppers so i could feed it to are dogs my wife and i have been going there for years don't usually complain but that sandwich was awful.
Myself and my 86 year old father went to have dinner there tonight, as he went there last week and enjoyed the food and the fish tanks. Tonight tho, they would not allow him in as he doesn't have the Vaccine Passport QR code, as he doesn't have a smart phone. He had his physical vaccine card . We were told it wasn't good enough and he had to have a QR code to dine in their establishment!!!! NO WHERE on the front door or anywhere did it state that. We usually order food and pick up once a week. A few days ago we ordered our usual, it was just before closing when my husband picked it up. The burgers were burnt as hell. We couldnt even call to complain right away because they were closed by the time he got home. Called the next day and they basically laughed at him saying they don't care we should have kept the burgers to bring in????? who keeps food over night to prove their food was screwed??? horrible costumer service,...read full review
