Hands down the best Starbucks in town! This morning I went in for a coffee before work and there was a long wait time due to a bar machine being broken, the staff was effectively communicating that to any customers waiting and offered refunds to people who needed to get to work swiftly, I even saw who I believe was a supervisor offer someone a coffee that was out of a pot that was made fast as well as a refund so this customer had coffee to have while at work. Very busy. Huge line up for drive thru went inside took about 20 minutes it's to get a cappuccino. May e a machine was down?
Brianne in the drive-thru absolutely made our experience today! What a wonderful human with such a warm, genuine smile. She offered us a free drink to try, and needless to say, I’m officially a Pumpkin Chai Latte girl now! 😍🎃
