Me and my boyfriend frequent this location all the time as it is super close to where we live, the staff are always super friendly and even always remember our order! Food is great, and it is always nice to sit in and eat.

All staff is very friendly and I feel safe and comfortable to the restaurant and they treat me like a special guest the quality of the sandwich is perfect and i invite my friends when we come back to portplace subway 😋 😀 😊

Always a great experience at this Subway! Gene is super friendly and welcoming, and really takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. The food is fresh, the service is quick, and the store is always clean. Thanks to Gene and the team for making this my favorite Subway in Nanaimo!
