Best location in Nanaimo. They just renovated their lobby, and it looks great. Staff here have always been friendly and consistent. Bonus points for using their own numbered menu item system properly (which isn’t a given). Props to Sam, who always engages with customers while building their sandwich. One of many excellent staff here.

The atmosphere of the store is really good. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The sandwich the i ate is fresh and served on my table named gene. She’s really good and interacting well to the guest.. highly recommended the store to visit and dine in.. thumbs up

Had lunch here two days in a row as I thoroughly enjoyed the 6" turkey club sandwich on Italian cheese and herbs bread . ?
I found the service good although they could smile more and make you feel welcome . The food and bread was fresh . I brought home cookies which are excellent, especially the birthday cake one ?
Would be more atmosphere with music playing . The washrooms were clean and great to have hot water fir washing your hands...
