I was a customer on Saturday Oct 4th 2026. There was a young man working who was wearing a hat, glasses and had nailpolish. I was SO incredibly impressed with the pride he had in his work. He was polite, caring and took extra care to make sure there was no wilted lettuce or dried sections of any of the toppings he put on our sandwiches. If I owned a business I would want this guy on my team. If I lived in Nanaimo I would frequent this shop jus to have him make my sandwich....

We got to this location of subway faithfully as we know Erik does a lot of shitfts at this location I must say I have never met a more amazing employee in my life.. my son and I went there yesterday for dinner (april18th at 4:30) Erik was working and another young girl I’m sorry I forgot your name.. the customer service was amazing as usual but I’m sorry the two workers were so exhausted as they were alone and the line up was huge..
