Wow! Great eggs Benny! I’ll be back soon!
My girlfriend and I went in for a late breakfast/early lunch. It was lovely. The ambiance is bright and warm, the people working were personable, friendly and efficient. The menu selection was exactly what you would expect from a breakfast nook and our food was great. I had the two eggs with toast and a side of bacon, and my friend had an omelette. I will definately be back!
The term “hidden gem” gets overused WAY too much but honestly, this place is one! Located just up Albert Street from the main strip in Nanaimo, The Breakfast Nook was an incredible spot! Don’t let the fact that it is in a hotel fool you - this is not a hotel restaurant. If you’re staying in the Quality Inn you’re lucky you’re close by!
