Excellent service and attention to detail! Hassan is passionate and educated about his wine and whiskey. We had the nicest night and would definitely return. Mushroom ravioli is delicious!!!

Got the afternoon tea, the service and atmosphere was amazing. The food however wasn't that great. Wasn't terrible but the three of us only enjoyed the macaron from the desserts. Then all the savory stuff was just meh. Scones were good, loved that they came with legit clotted cream and alot of it. Presentation was lovely. Everything came very quickly which was a nice change from alot of other places that have made us wait almost an hour for our food despite having a reservation. Disappointing that the food was nothing special because the rest of the experience was great and would definitely want to go back.

Beautiful setting and great service. Options were a bit limiting for some of us with dairy allergies. Meal was good and the cocktails and wine had a good selection.

We went to the Grand Cru on December 19th for a special dinner. The decor is relaxing but elegant and it is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Some people had the seafood fetuccini and said it was the best they have ever had. The rack of lamb was also perfectly done. They were accomodating for gluten free dietary requirements. We will be back.

Lovely patio in the summer. The restaurant area is quite dark, and seems more popular for its whisky bar.
Food is great. Not a big menu, but all done well.
The staff have all been polite, and very helpful. L The hotel front desk as well as the restaurant crew.
Our server was very friendly.
Been a couple times, and I'll be back again I'm sure.

I went to The Grand Cru restaurant last nigh with my wife after a hard days work, needing a break and a good meal, this was the perfect fit. The food was excellent, the atmosphere perfect! Thank-you!

Delicious mushroom ravioli. The beef rib was wonderfully tender. Excellent wines. Fantastic whiskey bar! Hope to visit again.

What a wonderful dinning experience dispite running out of the brie appy. The Grand is a true hidden gem. The lounge is an excellent place after dinner to relax and dessert. The only thing I did not really like was the switching of servers back and forth. The next time I will name request a server. Needless to say was excellent and attentive. Looking forward to my next visit!

Can't believe we've lived up the road for 13 years and haven't eaten here before. The food was amazing. We ate every bite of food from the warm bread they start you off with to the creme brulee for dessert. I had the lingcod with curry sauce which was so tasty. Husband had a steak and he loved it.Will be back for sure!

The service and atmosphere was great, unfortunately the food was a let down. The food was bland to a point of not finishing it and fish and chip piece was so small that there was no way it was filling. Great place to eat just need to change chef and improve the menu.
