Wendy’s burgers are always good but when you hire people that don’t have a clue what is on your menu.
Ordered two kids burgers and fries with chocolate milk and apple juice but was told they don’t sell a kid’s menu.
I had to go in and get the rest of my food because it wasn’t in the bag.
I was given my fries for free but have someone who speaks and understands English at the bare minimum.
It’s not like it’s the first time at this...

I love their chicken burger. Real meat, hot juicy and fresh, good bun, lettuce tomato and mayo. The seasoned breadcrumbs on the chicken breast then deep fried and juicy is excellent value and thank u now u got me hooked !

25.03.31 went thru the drive thru service was awesome and my order was correct and got when I was able eat it.

25.04.01 went inside and due to the Wendy’s being in the downtown of Nanaimo I instantly knew I couldn’t stay there and eat and I would need to take my food to go as I did not feel safe inside eating, and I feel for the staff. Took forever to order not because of staff but because of the person in front of me who was clearly high and rude to staff...
