Wanted to get take out but they were so busy that they could not take our order. Went back another day and tried some nachos and poutine. Huge portions. TVs available for sports. Patio outside in the summer is the best.

I stayed in the Old Forest Suite at the resort and had an amazing dinner with my family at Pacific Moon Rising restaurant. The passion fruit creme brûlée is divine! Must try!

Great experience here on Tuesday Night. The food was delicious, tasted fresh and was very generous in portion size. We were served by a fellow British woman (so sorry we don’t remember your name) and she was lovely and attentive to ourselves and the customers around us. We arrived at around 6:30 and finished our meals closer to 8pm which is when they close. We weren’t rushed at all and were still asked if we would like anymore drinks or drinks ect which we declined due to the time anyway. The restaurant itself had a lovely vibe and the outdoor seating area was perfect to watch the sun start to set. We definitely recommend this place if you’re staying at the resort or just nearby. The nachos were a personal fave.

Server got mad at us for having a dog even though the patio is dog friendly and instead of letting us walk through the restaurant 20 steps to the patio she told us to walk back outside the resort and around the whole thing then we could be seated

Honestly such a cute room with a gorgeous view! Best crispy wings I have ever tried. Great service both times that I came here. Hidden gem for sure.

Stopped in at this hidden little gem while visiting family on the island. We were met with a warm greeting and seated at a table with beautiful views of the ocean. The food portions are more than generous and the beef dip is probably the best I’ve ever had. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dine in experience.

A special Birthday celebration with a reservation for 14 went sour fast - with slow service, drinks were slow because we ordered different things? - which we understood - but a chance to order a few more would have been nice as we waited over 2 1/2 hours for our meals - no apologies given- and short staffed? it seemed weird that the hamburgers and pizzas came out fast to everyone else. We had the prime rib - which was over done and fatty - but left over from the day before we were sure - the others enjoyed their meals thoroughly . There would have been DESSERT _ especially for the bday boy - but not offered and we didnt have another 2 hours to wait for it. We were friends meeting from different areas so wanted to get away to have a good visit - but night was too late. Didnt want to ruffle feathers when we were there - but believe me there would have been a few walk out - with out paying for our bills as we had to wait for that too - lost some good repeat customers as we meet in that area regularly. suggestion - kitchen staff need to be better on their timing - you have a big restaurant, you were full, which is good - work with it. good thing? music was excellent

If I could give the service a zero I would have. Wow just had a 3 hr meal here. We were served by someone who claimed to be the owner who thought it acceptable to offer 2 drink orders in this excessive time that we waited for our food, The excuse was that they were short staffed, and they probably were, but she was having 20 minute conversations with people around the bar and a break for coffee while we waited for water/drink order/drinks/food ordering/food arrival/drink order/bills. This fact just smacked of rudeness. The back of house seemed to have been able to feed everyone in the place while we waited. The food came out hot and was 1st rate quality. Also a nice musical duo playing at a volume that created a nice atmosphere.

Overall it was an average experience at this restaurant, the food was okay and the service was subpar. We waited over an hour for our food to come out, and even though it was a bit busier due to Valentine’s Day, I would expect the food to not take more than 30-40 minutes. Wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend this place.

Looking forward to trying more vegan options with the menu change. The noodle bowl is great but hot meal additions would be so awesome! Best fries ever!

No matter the Season, or time of day, Pacific Moon has always provided me with fabulous food, fantastic service, and fair pricing. I'll gladly keep going back!

The owner is a ray of sunshine! She's amicable and down to earth. Wonderful lady. The atmosphere is great, love the art work. Any issues with my food they were very accommodating and always strive to make it better.
Their ginger virgin soda drink is super good! Strong ginger taste
